Avoid at all costsOur order arrived weeks after ordering with no reply to emails explanation or communication When it did finally arrive it didn t work I emailed to arrange a return to which I received a reply email asking us to wire the clock light in and take a video of it not working When I said I would if they would cover the cost of an electrician they then asked for a photo of the wiring which I sent over I then got an email saying that they can confirm there isn t a problem with the wiring they can tell this by the picture seemingly they then requested that we open the terminals and check for loose wiring once we done that they then wanted us to wire it up and take a video I obviously point blank refused this ludicrous request I am now on email number 7 and they now want to send me a driver so I can install it myself and see if it that works Not a chance i now feel they are ridiculing me with the replies I have stated time and time again that I am within my rights to reject return an item that is broken unfit for purpose within 30 days but this has been ignored each time Save yourself a whole lot of stress and AVOID this SCAM website that is clearly not UK based

I dont really recommend this company at all I ordered 2 lamps only one was delivered to me Despite many exchanges with the vendor I did not get my 2nd article Really frustrating Never ever again

Avoid Very cheap product not as described They misleads buyers the Products are sent from china but advertised to be in the uk Be aware that you will need to pay around 90 euros shipping cost if you want to return the product while they advertised the return cost for less than 10 euros

DONT BE FOOLED
Do not buy from this company Product s look good but they arrive really poorly made My light arrived un assembled - no wiring complete and a very inadequate instruction sheet The item was so poorly made the threads of the arms and nuts would not thread on When I tried to contact them they didn t ever reply to my emails and the contact number is in china

I do not recommend the company I ordered a floor lamp that is incomplete without a floor base the company does not respond to emails and the goods are not consistent with the description because the quality of the goods is poor in relation to the price you can order better and cheaper ones on AliExpress

TO AVOID
I would give 0 if I could We bought 2 lamps from this site in Feb and until now they still refuse our return We requested a return immediately after we received the parcel without opening it they refused and insisted that we have to open the parcel and prove the product is complete for a return Such a scammer TO AVOID - false misleading photos- long delivery time product sent from China in our case it took 2 weeks to delivery- product with 0 certifications meeting EU standard leading to potential risk- bad quality with cheap plastique based on other reviews I cannot confirm as I did not even open the parcel I think you can find the same product in AliExpress by paying 90 less- client service does not exist they will just answer you with robotic replies

Rediculous delivery time
The company originates from China which is not made clear on the website The implication of this for me was that the light took 5 weeks to arrive I tried to contact the company to cancel the light to no avail as I ended up having to buy another from a different company The lateness literally stopped the electricians completing the work I had written off the money until today when it arrived The product is basic and not worth the purchase price Don t be fooled by the website I would never buy from this company again
