Never book anything through them my flight got canceled i was randomly rebooked on another day by the airline and had to call the airline myself to tell them to cancel my flight as I wanted the money backI then had to chase last minute several times to get a confirmation of the cancellation and then they send me a link to decide whether i want my money back in cash but -35 for their services whatever this should be because i had to chase them for things or as a voucher Never book flights through a first party like last minute but do it directly through the airlines

Another stealing company Again stole frome me The price shown when I priced pay was 172 but I was charged 302 The invoice shows I wad charged for full-flex option but I specifically opted out of it Seems that they added it after I paid Tried to contact an agent right away but the annoying bot said they have high load of requests for human agents given covid restrictions so they ll contact me as soon as possible This is crazy and illegal thieves

Agency not trustworthy

This agency is not trustworthy I just bought a ticket from them which was advertised by 42 euros When I got to the payment section I noticed that the total was not being shown But I went ahead and payed thinking that my Revolut account would ask me to confirm as it does almost every time Only this way it didn t and to my surprise the amount was 77 and not 42 I then waisted a lot of time trying to talk to someone there only to discover that it is a 35 euros fee hidden in my opinion and it is not refundable Never again

will not issue a refund

I booked a 3 day package on Friday for Monday Sunday it snows and flights are cancelled with no alternative flights available till Tuesday night making the trip pointless They only give me one option to cancel so i proceed to cancel the book and they send me options for refunds but full refund only and a voucher that expires in 4 days For cash back they will not confirm why i am not getting a full refund nor what i am being charged for

DONT RECOMMEND STAY WELL AWAY FROM LAST MINUTE

I book three flight yesterday the same separately the second and third was 20 more 17 hours later a email regarding the first booking saying Important - Your booking could not be confirmed this was done by lastminute for greed to get more money on another booking for it again This won t happened though I will prove that I will get same flight for same price as it is their legal responsibility I will challenge them through a small claims court and prove to them that they can t treat customers like this Stay well away from lastminute and avoid distress and the abuse they cause They simply don t care or listen DO NOT RECOMMEND - FAKE APOLOGIES AND NOT QUICK TO GET BACK TO YOU TO RESOLVE

It is a fraud

It is a fraud I had a terrible experience with them two years ago However I felt again into their trap as their price on Skyscanner ie website was better They charged me for a full flex service without my consent can you believe they charge you after you purchased the ticket The worst part is their customer service There is no customer service Just look at their social media and see their comments on Instagram and other places are disable

Email Address Required

Does anyone have an email address that they will respond to I ve received a credit note but can t get through to them to request the monetary value of the credit When I enter booking ID on phone it says invalid as it is obviously not still open so can t speak to anyone either Absolutely headwrecking

It s the worst travel company you can book with a bunch of robbers and liars they charged me twice for the hotel and now they are coming up with different excuses just not to refund my money Some of their staff are unprofessional and helpless I couldn t give them zero stars if I ve could it I ve would it because this is what they deserve
