An absolute rip off

An absolute rip off - After purchasing I quickly googled the lamp and found it on other websites for less than half of the price I immediately emailed to cancel the order within 15 minutes and didn t receive a reply until the following day saying that now it s too late the cancellation needed to be in 3 hours - even though I contacted them in time and no item had been shipped They said I would need to return the item instead at my expense It s now been over 2 weeks with no tracking or order confirmation email from the brand BUYER BEWARE - This is drop shipping from China not a real German brand Google the product and buy elsewhere

SCAM Crap quality and experience

Total scam The overhead light I bought makes as much light as a cigarette lighter It was also built shoddily The package came very late from China Obviously the image of the owners of the store is a stock image and the names are fake Don t fall for this Dropshipping scam and if you did report it to your Paypal your bank or your credit card company

No refund no answer

No refund no answer Since Xmas 2024 I am still waiting for my money back and an answer Package delivery took almost a month no one informed me how long delivery will take in the meantime I was traveling and somehow the whole conversation got lost
