Never Again

I ordered food gifts for family ahead of time for Christmas 2024 and although they say they can t guarantee a date they sent them extremely early on the 11th of Dec to arrive the 13th I would have never ordered from them if I knew it was going to arrive that early prior to Christmas Customer service was terrible and put the blame on me I called and was taken to school about how they work rather than understanding that I m downright embarrassed to be sending a food gift 2 weeks prior to Christmas Also I have ordered from them in the past and this time as well and their food is overpriced and not spectacular The chorizo in particular was too smoky and too fatty

The worst

The worst UPS lost the package and it s taken 3 wks to get anywhere w these ppl When I finally was able to reach someone it was just attitude They ended up refunding my money but never again
