Never ever even head of this store Randomly received a news letter from them one day and had to unsubscribe from a letter I never subscribed to in the first place They obviously purchase email lists from someone illegally collecting them and add them to their subscriptions without consent Extremely shady behavior and invasion of one s privacy

DO NOT order from this company

I request rushed shipping when placing my order as I was ordering for a specific event and receive zero response I did receive the item but not until weeks after my event When I requested a refund I received ZERO response I even left a DM on their Instagram DO NOT ORDER from this company The quality is terrible and there is no customer service available

No response when asking for return label

Ordered shoes they didn t fit right Emailed to request return label on July 6th got response asking whats wrong with item on July 10th Explained that shoes don t fit right and asked for return label Today is July 24th no response Would not recommend this wed site to anyone

My experience is similar to the previous one reported the same Amy who was curious why I want to return the product I ordered So mine was delivered but far from being the one I saw on the site- the colours are dull instead of being bright awful texture moreover it is far too small for me as I thought it was coming from US not China the site had the address in US After that email totally silence I paid 80 for the crap hopefully they will be closed at some point Some thieves that should do some proper jobs

They cancelled my order because of stocking issues but never refunded me They keep stringing me along via email saying it s a finance department issue They also did not keep their promise of a 10 day refund window after a return arrives Horrible customer service for the price

When I first ordered I thought they were located in NY This is the Company ADDRESS C3081 Chuangxingshe Zimaoxintiandi No 2196 Fengdong Street east Fengdongxincheng XI an ShaanxiLIANG ZHOU has a lot of shell companies registered in NY Don t be fooled by a FAKE Park Avenue Address they even changed their fake address to look more upscale NO PHONE NUMBER for a company selling clothing for hundreds of dollars worth pennies CLOTHES ARE JUNK

Scam company and unresponsive I ordered 2 coats its been a month and endless back and forth Customer service gives generic responses and have actually even stopped replying I will take a refund via my bank and I ll post on social media about them Help others I guess

Scam Poor quality products Present themselves as a US company but products come directly from China The company routinely deletes negative or critical comments from their Instagram and other social media and there are a lot that get removed Can t get timely updates on shipping or returns Rude when you try to get customer service

Do not repeat DO NOT make a purchase from this e-retailer You will wait months They do respond to emails however and buried within is a link to an online chat I requested a cancellation refund They claim it will take 5-7 business days to process I am somewhat optimistic and will update UPDATE Refund issued in less than 24 hours They got something right

This company does not have a phone number listed It is impossible to speak with anyone For a whole week their online chat service has not been available I followed directions to send items back and suddenly I can t get anything but an auto generated reply on the status of my return and refund The clothing is definitely not traditional sizing or cut Beware I read another reviewer warning buyers to stay away and I didn t heed the advice Wish I had

This company is disgusting I spent 124 on shoes back in December STILL have never received them I messaged the Instagram page they claimed they were looking into everything they never did And I never got my shoes But they happily took my money without giving me my order I asked for an update on Instagram in dms because that s the only place they respond They ve been ignoring my dms and only opening them they will not answer or give me a response I 100 would love my money back They re super unprofessional and horrible

I purchased boots January 15 2023 and have not received them They are alleging they were delivered and someone signed for them I asked them did the person provide ID No Response I will continue to fight for 154 00 However I will never recommend this company under any circumstance Be Mindful

SCAM SCAM SCAM I ordered a 140 coat and never got a confirmation email I contacted customer service who responded with a completely different email I brought this up to them and challenged them on this I then got a response from lattelier email providing me with some kind of obviously fake tracking number Since then all of the communication and emails and this tracking number has completely disappeared from my inbox STAY THE F AWAY
