Worst exchange policy ever
Worst exchange policy ever I can understand a short return policy but exchange 14 days That is complete bull I m a single mother that needed something nice for court court that didn t end up happening I would have loved to exchange for something I d actually wear Tags still on never worn and I have the original receipt But it s past the 14 days Absolute crap I will not be shopping here again that s for sure

Desperate to get my online delivery
I buy heavily from Laura as an Elite member since January of this year I shop both in person or at Fairview Mall store Before my online purchases used to arrive to a local post office as they were shipped by Canada Post I don t know whose idea is to ship my clothes with a GOBOLT courier as I have trouble each and every time chasing wasting my time and effort between the post office that refuses my package the courier saying it was delivered when in fact it wasn t and Laura customer service help line Courier delivers at most impossible hours these people are worse than Amazon now I have a coat which is worth a couple hundered dollars that I am trying to have delivered to me or get my money back I will stop buying online from them as there is too much uncertitude when or where my items will arrive 1

I placed my order Nov 20 21 still don t hv my order call customer service after waiting 45 mins they told me 1 of my item is not available there system shows my was shipped told me she ll look into email me bk no email so far called again waited 1 2 hr decided to select the option for them to call me back over 2 hrs no call bk I called bk again after 45 mins I decided to use the option again for them to call bk hv to wait see if they will call bk there customer service stinks I understand it s the holiday they are busy with calls but no one is calling bk where the hell is order Don t think I would be shopping online from Laura

Where is my money
Very disappointed Several emails to customer service without the courtesy of a reply The Style reward points and gift card payment was show on my Order but was not applied to the Order total Bottom line I ve been ripped of my gift card and reward points Further I have been waiting for 11 months for Laura to process a credit to my credit card for returned items Confirmation a credit was being processed but never was Again no follow up reply in spite numerous follow ups Have been dealing with Laura for years but not so much in 2022 I m done

I bought a layered jacquard top on line which was 20 off as well as free delivery for Thanksgiving day I surprised of the quality of material as well as the cut I was surprise because more than 4 years I shop on line with laura and I always been happy The thing that I did not notice it was not made by laura it was the local made I never buy from that section in laura shop and iam surprised why Laura bring items on the shop as well as on line from other companies we are trusted laura This is the manager decision not us That s why many of my friend do not go laura for shopping At least when you shop on line please pay attention when it says made in Canada May be I needed that experience The bottom line I love laura but need to go to the store to see if it is made by laura I returned it

This is first time I am writing a review on anything I was loyal customer to Laura for years There new return policy sucks I called customer service the rude lady hung up on me instead of listening to me Will never buy from them again I am left with 3 wrong size dresses which are of no use to me

Racist employees and bad return services
First of all Margareta from cross iron mills forces you to buy stuff you don t want to almost everyone in the review section is talking bad about her just fire her at this point and then the other employees including Margareta are so racist cuz they were really rude to my mom for being asian My mom had to return a dress that she bought for me cuz it was so big on me when we explained all this they accused us of wearing it and said that the dress stinks and argued with us in a really unprofessional way Now we are stuck with a dress which doesn t fit anyone I know So basically never buy dress from this store as it doesn t even deserve one star rating CAUTIOUS

Former Loyal Customer
Extremely disappointed with customer service I used to be a loyal Laura customer and recommended Laura to all women but since their recent change to their return policy I will no longer be a customer I have spent thousands over the years on Laura clothing and I often buy online since the store near me doesn t get in a lot of the clothing I like I went to return 1 of the 8 dresses I bought and was told that is no longer an option and that they only offer store credit now This makes shopping online impossible The reason for my return is that the dress was too small and they don t make it in the next size This is terrible customer service especially for a retailer that offers their clothing online I would recommend to anyone that they avoid shopping at Laura now Very unfortunate the decisions this company is making

First of all- I spend a ton of money on clothes for work I am a female executive I don t always have the luxury of time to spend trying on several outfits Laura is one of the most expensive ladies clothing stores- I expect great customer service a fair return policy and good quality products Laura is lacking in all of those categories Clothing quality has declined to a point where I would call it mediocre prices remain stupidly high the return policy is lacking in fundamental fairness and customer service is either great or crap
