NO CUSTOMER SERVICE
Lavazza do not know the meaning of Customer Service After purchasing a machine that will only take certain pods the Company we purchased from were unable t o supply They advised to call Lavazza direct What an absolute joke 5 weeks in a row constantly advised I would be called back no calls ever received To enable me to purchase the specific pods I need an account but again no one calls you back to set up an account Frustrated the offered a free box and then advised they couldn t do that as I didn t have an account I asked to speak to a Manager advised it would be a 24-48hr wait and guess what - no one called back Absolutely pathetic

They do not care about their reputation or customers
I came here hoping this joke of a company cared about their online profile However the fact they don t even reply to all the criticism they get here gives me zero hope that my review will have any impact However I have had 2 Desea machines which have broke with the same fault However Lavazza use a loophole in theor warranty to tell me well basically tough luck Avoid them

Bad customer service
Bad customer service Took months to get my order placed Many phone calls and emails ignored with no call backs or response Tried customer service number where my case was escalated several times but again never a response Tried sales department finance department website contact us the customer service problem is across all departments Never experienced any thing like this and they don t seem to care

Loved my machine and had purchased two
Loved my machine and had purchased two for Christmas last year one for myself and one for my daughter Exactly one year after purchase it stopped powering on We were unable to register the product because our state was not listed After writing to the company they replied that I am out of warranty and will need to buy a new 388 machine Comical I have read multiple complaints about this power issue Shady are the machines programmed to stop working once they are out of warranty Save your money

Bought a Lavazza coffee machine which did not contain the capsule selection as advertised On opening on Christmas morning to have a nice coffee we were very disappointed to say the least Telephoned and emailed customer service to be told that they no longer include them and they will give a 40 off voucher for capsules supplied by them as long as you buy 10 boxes at a further cost of 29 90 TERRIBLE customer service as when I pointed out that I had been sold the package to contain a selection of capsules that I had already paid for and expected to be there they said that a clause in their manual not included in my box states that they are not present in all countries No attempt whatsoever to offer any form of compensation A real con - watch out

Not easy to cancel subscriptions
Easy to sign up to a subscription online but when it comes to cancelling you have to contact customer services Quite often there is a reason they can t cancel as well It s such a horrible scummy practice that I would never consider subscribing to anything they offer again Worse the subscriptions are via card payments rather than direct debit so you can t just cancel the DD and be done with it They force you to contact them

Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service I cannot buy the coffeee pods for my new Lavazza Blue machine in my areas and they are difficult to get on line with constant back orders When I reached out to customer service I got the usual run around get someone to call you back and refusing to let me speak with anyone in north america even though their number says New York Unfortunate so many companies choose to treat their customers like garbage I wont be purchasing any of their products in the future and cannot recommend them

ZERO STARS My machine broke after one month I had to send multiple videos proving my machine is not working properly And still I had to pay out of my own pocket to send it back 41 dollars was the cheapest shipping I could find This company is a joke

This is a terrible dishonest company I returned an unused Lavazza machine because I couldn t get capsules for it because they were out of stock through the company I had to pay an exorbitant amount to ship it back Then when they finally refunded my money for the machine after many phone calls they didn t refund the 10 they had charged for tax After yet another phone call I was told that is their policy They don t pay the government tax on returned items so they are illegally keeping it I had to beg to go up the chain to find out how they get away with this and after a long while the agent came back and told me they would refund me the tax Apparently they are getting away with this But i will surely report them to the BBB
