Taste like blood
If I could leave less than 1 star I would I ordered a subscription from Lavazza with a machine and they failed to deliver the machine A month down the line I have a cupboard full of coffee pods with no machine I have complained multiple times but they keep saying they are waiting on a response from the warehouse and have still not delivered the machine I am disgusted at their complete lack of customer service and am now faced with a monthly subscription for a machine I do not own They have not refunded the order and are treating me like a thief and a liar failing to resolve the issue

Absolutely Disgusting
Just light-brown water And no wonder as they actually do NOT work on a Nespresso machine despite promises on the packing It creates small cuts at all the wrong locations Whilst I normally like LavAzza their ESPRESSO DECISO ECO Compostable Technology version is a huge disappointment I will happily produce photos showing the results of these cups in comparison to the process with professional cups used on Nespresso Machines Their taste on a scale of 10 At best a 1-minus It produces tasteless drap-water only the average American who has never been in Europe let alone in Italy would consider coffee and pay for

Rip off don t buy
The whisk on my fantasia machine broke again the same place as before Couldn t find spares on the website so rang It s been discontinued and spares are no longer available suggested I try AEG direct and look on ebay None available anywhere This machine is only 6 years old and the part must be weak or have a design fault So now stuck with an expensive useless machine Will never buy Lavazza again

Massive direct debit payment with no explanation
Lavazza took a direct debit of 1382 when our monthly payment is 78 No explanation and finding it really really difficult to get answers A premium phone line they charge you is the only way to talk to them

I don t like Lavazza coffee pods Espresso to drink It has a strength of 8 out of 10 It is even lighter than mild coffee I expected it to have a very strong taste but it s like tea bought in the Lidl Weener Germany but never again

Poor machines avoid
Jolie MilkI have had two of these coffee makers and both have gone wrong within 18 months I rang the Lavazza said there was nothing they could do it was out of guarantee Tried to get it started over the phone but go impatie t with me and put the phone down Wrote to the company in February and got no response I lie their coffee but will not buy it again
