I am extremely disappointed with the quality of the products as a stone has already fallen off during transport and the material used is of poor quality What s even more frustrating is the inadequate customer service I submitted a return request a week ago and I m still awaiting a response The lack of communication from the company is unacceptable and reflects a lack of commitment to customer satisfaction I strongly advise against making a purchase from this company
