I bought an Ego strimmer coming up 2 years ago This week I tried to use it for the first time this season and the battery had failed I contacted the vendor Lawn and Power with my problem by email They resonded within minutes and with further information liaised with the manufacturer Within 24 hours I was advised a replacement battery was on its way I think this is exceptional customer service and to me the sign of a reputable supplier when they are truly needed

Following a fault with my mower I contacted the customer service dept by email within a hour or so they contacted me Taz Taz talked me through the returns process and what to do next at every step of the way and through to the arrival of my new mower Taz kept me informed I will definitely be using Lawn and Power again because the price is competitive and the staff are very knowledgeable of each product they sell if you are unfortunate enough to have to return products then you will be in safe hands Taz went over and above and is a real asset to Lawn and Power and this should be recognized thank you I will be in contact shortly to order more high quality gardening tools to keep my very large garden in trim
