Lawyers4U are efficient and trustworthy in dealing with CCJs

I had an unfair CCJ registered against me I paid in full during the 30 days allowed but DCB-Legal wanted to exploit the situation and tried to pocket more money for no good reason When I refused they just sat on the cheque and refused to process the payment until the deadline passed Luckily I kept copies of everything including signature by DCB on the day the received my cheque a copy of the cheque and a copy of everything else relevant I contacted Lawyers4U with all of that and John from the 1st contact was great in understanding the situation and showed a huge amount of knowledge on how to deal with the issue He then took care of everything needed until I received a letter from the County Court cancelling the entry made against myself I have no hesitations at all in recommending Lawyers4U and John to everyone with a similar issue If there is a way to get it done he will get it done for you He is also very trustworthy and honest about the chances of a win and the steps involved in the process

wow where do I start if your reading this your probably here for the same reason im writing this I had x3 ccjs from these absolute rogue car park systems which I didn t even know about until 3 years later after checking my credit file later did I find out the fraudulent company aka bw legal and Napier parking was sending all letters to a old address not just that they mispelled my surname I had no choice but to challenge these companies as this was such a unfair thing to do and was damaging my report btw google these companies and look on trust pilot they are notorious for doing this kind of stuff and even worseI found John online and sent him all the information it was a longgg 10 months back and forward with emails and trying to settle the claim with them but we needed up going to court and winning all 3 claims moral of the story don t back down from these fraudulent car park fines how there getting away with it is beyond me I would 100000000 recommend John and his team if he cant get it sorted known can thanks and don t give up everyone
