Terrible company 6 month order They don t respond to any of my messages I spent over 800 on them and they don t even communicate with me

I would never order from here again Firstly I ordered my controller in January nine months later it finally arrived I was very disappointed as I had ordered a PS1 Lite themed controller and the one I received was much darker than the one advertised and on videos also the shape buttons were off center Especially being that they said the reason for the delay was color correction The colors were just very dark I called customer service very calmly and spoke briefly with the very nice lady on the phone who had helped me before I explained why I was disappointed and they transferred me to the guy who does the paint jobs I guess his name is Zach Probably the single rudest individual I ve ever spoken to who doesn t care to hear anything you have to say Immediately started laughing at me while I was explaining my situation and why I was unhappy with the color of the controller He was incredibly insistent that because he made them they were perfect He was incredibly aggressive rude and impossible to talk too He only cared to hear that he was right and because he made them they were perfect I was just trying to explain that the controller in my hand vs the controller I m looking at on their side is like much darker than expected and he just kept aggressively interrupting me The worst customer service I ve ever experienced I wouldn t recommend them to anyone just due to the fact that Zach was incredibly horrible to talk to and made this an awful experience I expressed that the color seemed a couple shades darker and he started berating me saying then tell me what that means talk to me like I m DUMB and explain to me what 3 shades darker means just someone you should never let interact with customers because he will run everyone away with his horrible customer service

Would love to give 0 stars I placed an order for a pretty standard controller just like advertised without adding anything in mid April Messaged them in June and said I wanted to gift it to a friend in mid June and if they could tell me when it would be shipped They said it s not gonna be there on time but I could buy another controller and pay for expedited building for like a bunch of more cash Obviously I didn t do that thankfully I ve tried emailing from time to time because even in August nothing had been shipped At the end of September I asked again and I got an email that it was in quality control phase nothing more That phase hasn t changed since then - it s now November Since I paid with PayPal I waited until the last day and then contacted PayPal and even then the seller wouldn t reply Now after over 2 weeks they said they re offering me a refund but only a part I paid like 205 bucks and they offered 148 back Of course I said no because why would I pay for not even getting my shipment So PayPal took care of things and now I got my money back Be careful guys this definitely looks like a scam If you google the company you find lots of these cases and they even moderate and delete comments in IG and co

Ordered last year They promised 8 to 10 weeks Still waiting 8 months later Spent alot of money and our son is still waiting for the controller Customer service is very unfriendly and defensive Feels like we re being scammed Said there s a 40 restocking fee Such BS Gonna let my lawyer friend take care of it if we don t get it soon This has been very frustrating

This company consistently lies about delivery dates I have been expecting a controller for the last 6 months Yet they supply minimal updates and any updates that they do give is about how they are working hard because they can t stop taking on new orders Their social media is very misleading

DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY

Absolute god awful company If you don t mind waiting half a year for their products in addition to the terrible customer service they provide then this is the place for you to order from They take in thousands of orders but there s only one guy the owner actually painting the controllers because he s too prideful and cheap to ask for help There are plenty of other custom controller companies that would be grateful and appreciate your business instead of these clowns

Order placed in January and still have not received it

Ordered a custom controller back on Jan 31st and still have yet to receive it I asked for an update back in July and they asked my order number and never replied back since I ve sent them 2 more replies since that time and still nothing I ll be contacting my bank and reporting it as fraud
