Bait and Switch at Tampa Seffner Location

This people sent me an agreement to purchase for a price and after having all trades and price negotiated they bait and switch for 20K more next day when I asked for a 1K discount they should be reported to the authorities Don t do busienss with Baris Rodr guez or his manager I m not laying this people are bad I ve left reviews on Google Yelp as well as RVinsider

0 If I could give a zero I would IF you want to buy an RV with good service go elsewhere DO NOT BUY HERE You will pay thousands of dollars and they will turn their heads from sales to district officers WE are now trying to invoke the lemon law and consumer fraud for the warranty the sell Our problems started the minute we signed the paperwork Leaks in the sink toilet outside fill switch emissions check engine light power leveling jacks total transmission replacement horrible horrible warranty company the list goes on and on We are now working with Florida attorney general NY attorney general and Illinois attorney general along with a personal attorney If you want to buy from them please look at all the reviews especially the 1 and 2 before you buy and do NOT TAKE THEIR WARRANTY AGSW Find a better one online and check the reviews there are much much better ones out there If you are still seeking help use the organizations in this review We ve spent over 10000 even with the warranty

Your treated like your in a used car lot

WE are elderly and my husband drove over 45 miles in the heat to look at camping trailers Originally we wanted a used trailer After my husband had been looking all day he was exhausted I contacted Lazy days through their online chat on their website I spoke to Tara told her my husband was almost to the Woodland Vancouver sight and that he was tired and needed some help because of his exhaustion Unfortunately this person did not tell me that she wasn t located at the woodland office and I had needed to know what models he was looking at My husband showed up at the woodland office he was forced to walk around their huge place he went into the office to speak with Tara there was no Tara there He was told to go look after over an hour he was approach with aggression by the sales man and almost laughed at when he said he was looking for used the problems with this are as follows 1 I was no told the truth regarding who I am speaking too and where you are located 2 I gave this company permission to contact me by phone because I thought the person I was speaking too in the chat was in Woodland 3 The salesman was rude to my husband 4 He tried to force a new sale on him 5 Because of the treatment and the already displayed dishonesty I would never purchase from this company They were not even honest over the chat The sales department behaves as though this place is a used car lot with the treatment and dishonesty like any other used car dealership but they do it with RV s But thanks to your rude sales and dishonest customer service we purchased a new 33 foot Dutchman from Vancouver RV Center through a sales person named Doug He was upfront and honest

I was charged 23 09 for an RV push latch that must have cost less than a dollar to make This was at the Knoxville TN branch I challenged the price but the associate confirmed it was correct On amazon 4 latches cost less than 10

Lazydays RV in Monticello Mn Talks a good game but isn t any better than Camping World Once they sell you something they ignore you They don t return phone calls just like Camping World They kept saying how much better they are at customer service but it s all a bunch of bs Buy from private sellers and avoid all these RV places You will be much happier and you will get a much better and honest deal

Salesperson wasted my time and argued about the specifications Dealing with a salesperson that doesn t listen or understand what they are selling is overly frustrating With the internet I don t see how someone thinks they can convince you of something inaccurate I was told so many great things about Lazydays but it proved to be wrong

Warning STAY AWAY This company is bad

This is the worst place to deal with after you give them your money They will treat you great until they get your money and then they will ignore you and not help you at all I purchased a 100K toy hauler in June of 2021 and as of today have only been able to use it for a total of 8 weeks It has been in their shop for the majority of the time after i get it back they have not repaired everything and then they dont want to fix the rest They ignore calls and emails Terrible to work with buyer beware

Hello I felt it was necessary to reach out and voice my extreme disappointment and frustration with Lazydays RV Nashville s service department Early November 2023 I purchased a new 2023 Solitude and took it out for one camping trip We had some issues but not bad as I understand things happen So naturally since I m new to RVing I took our RV back to where I purchased it to get service done Since then its been a terrible experience and I still don t have my RV back In my mind these were very very simple fixes that really should have been done in a week if there were competent people involved One excuse is they had turnover and new leadership Another is that they made an executive decision when my RV was in the bay for service to remove it so a newly sold RV can be processed for pickup I did meet with the new Service Manager in person and he told me they were all over this and going to get things done fast That was a month ago now and I m still not sure when I m going to get my RV Now they are saying its not ready because warranty requests have been issued to Grand Design but they have not received approval I don t understand how this could take so long so I reached out to your warranty department and received immediate responses so now I don t believe anything they say Anyway I just want to stress my concern for Grand Design to allow this location to sell and service your trailers They are going to give you a bad name I m so frustrated by this issue that this is my first time I m writing a review like this online and I would strongly suggest to anyone don t use this location for service

I m trying to get two cracks in my roof repaired

I m trying to get two cracks repaired on my roof Tiffin has authorized 10 hours of work to fix the cracks under warranty Lazy Days in Ramsey said it s not enough time so unless I want to cover an additional 12 hours of work for 2148 they won t fix one of the cracks I m not sure why me as a customer has to be in the middle of this battle I thought as an authorized dealer for Tiffin Lazy Days had to do the work
