I wanna tell you something here real quick Hope you guys read my messages properly Already left Fiverr because of those reasons 1 I was their top-rated seller but leave this marketplace because most of their website clients budget is so low They wanna buy a plane but their budget is like a cycle 2 Their security system is poor Suppose any fraud type of client can use your services without paying there Fraud clients just need to tell this marketplace that sellers can t fulfill their needs This simple reason purpose this marketplace gives him refunds and then this fraud client can use any seller s services without losing their money 3 It s time to tell about their customer services - Most of their customer support team members sent copy-paste messages They didn t check any seller s messages properly and already sent copy-paste answers 4 After reaching this marketplace level 2 and top-rated badge you can see lowers jobs and buyers messages there because this marketplace only promoted new level one sellers there 5 Their website messages section is a real-time issue Sometimes their website can t show you real-time buyer messages and even you can see the same issues on your order page too 6 Any poor and simple type issues purpose they deactivate only sellers accounts 7 They always support their buyers and they never support any sellers I can tell like this They always tried to eat their buyer s pee 8 Nowadays without taking their promoted services and seller plus services they don t promote you their It s another trick for taking more money from you Look guys moral of the truth is that Upwork is the best solution Upwork is not like this worst marketplace and again said Fiverr is a bad choice for you Thanks all

I bought 2 courses and they were terrible

I bought 2 courses and I wrote a complete review for each course on their website The first course I bought was about branding and the importance of redefining its brand identity The second course was about conversion rate optimization for online businesses My reviews have never showed up on their website so I will leave a global review here The two courses I bought had an incredibly poor quality content It sounded like the teachers were reading their assigned script with no motivation in their voice A big part of these lessons was just an overview of Fiverr s website from a buyer perspective and a description of Google Analytics various features For me it was very boring and I felt nervous for the money I wasted buying it So for anyone who is reading this avoid these courses and go on Youtube because it will be 200 more instructive and dynamic to learn from there

Worst experience ever in my life

I just had the worst experience with Fiverr Customer Service I asked to become a seller and wasn t approved so I contacted customer service and they deactivated my account accusing me of having more than 1 profile which is against Fiverr guidelines The problem is that I don t have another profile and on this recently disabled profile I just paid 300 for Fiverr Learn Courses a few days ago So now they don t want to refund me the courses and they don t undo the deactivation of my account which was obviously incorrect based on a misunderstanding I contacted customer service several times and they always write the same generic response

I had the worse experience ever it s full of scammers please are there to scam and not to work

They just want your money with false hopes and promises as well as excuses

I tried to use this website to help promote my Go Fund Me campaign 2 times this month with 2 different employees claimed to be digital marketers and the results were the same with not 1 response back on my Go Fund me campaign Both Stella Crowd Jennifer Hub both failed me and did not deliver the results as promised feeling I didnt get my moneys worth and was ripped off by these 2 ladies This company is hard to trust and all you get back is false hopes and instead of these 2 ladies trying to help you all I got was hurt at the end If they cared they would do the right thing make it right with positive results Not 1 person has even visited my Go Fund Me campaign Maybe they never really promoted as promised as well as what I paid for and get empty handed results

I m currently having bad experience with Fiverr They blocked my account since the last 90 days and now that My Fund is available they don t want me to withdraw my fund They want to get away with my Fund That s very bad

If you value your time skills and sanity stay as far away from Fiverr as possible This platform is a veritable hellscape for freelancers rife with exploitation lack of support and constant disrespect for the people who keep it running Firstly Fiverr s payment system is laughable if not downright criminal Freelancers are expected to deliver high-quality work for absurdly low prices often under immense time pressure The platform takes a significant cut from these meager earnings leaving freelancers with a pittance for their hard work Customer support is a joke If you encounter any issues and you will expect to be met with automated responses and unhelpful generic advice The support team is virtually nonexistent when you need real assistance leaving freelancers to fend for themselves in a hostile environment Moreover Fiverr s rating and review system is designed to benefit buyers at the expense of freelancers One unreasonable client can tank your ratings which directly impacts your ability to get future work There s little to no recourse for freelancers to defend themselves against unjust reviews Communication on the platform is heavily monitored and restricted supposedly to prevent fraud In reality it s just another way Fiverr controls freelancers limiting their ability to build meaningful client relationships and negotiate fair terms The lack of protection for freelancers is the final nail in the coffin If a buyer decides to cancel an order after the work has been delivered Fiverr almost always sides with the buyer This leaves freelancers not only without pay but also with wasted time and effort In conclusion Fiverr is a fraudulent and unreliable platform that treats its freelancers as disposable assets rather than valued professionals The platform s exploitative practices poor support and blatant disregard for freelancer welfare make it the worst choice for anyone looking to offer their services online Save yourself frustration and money avoid Fiverr at all costs if you want to maintain your dignity and protect your livelihood
