Appalling service

I like to support small businesses but I give up for my granddaughters first birthday rather than buying a wooden Noah s Ark from Amazon I bought it from a small company called Learning Bugs Oh how I wish I hadn t They took my money without hesitation but failed to deliver saying they had made a mistake on thier website Ok I thought we all make mistakes after LOTS of chasing emails it finally it arrived - broken When I complained I was emailed to say let us put this right for you It s now nearly a month after her birthday still no Ark So I say thank you however now I receive another email we cant replace your Ark it s out of stock but it s still in stock on thier website This business has not only a disgrace to themselves but also EVERY small online business that is trying to make a living The only good that comes out of this Is that in my business teaching I have a great case study of how NOT to do business Off now to search Amazon

Please can somebody tell me how to contact this company I cannot get them to respond to emails and there s no telephone Taken money but no goods

Took 13 days for my order to arrive No apology no reply to emails or refund of delivery charge for the immense delay Horrendous service Won t be shopping here again

I ordered a gift for my grandson

I ordered a gift for my grandson Waited and waited Contactacted the company to be told stock would be arriving soon It didn t They had taken my money on ordering I requested a refund which they did respond too Very disappointing and sadly would never order again

Only present that didn t arrive for

Only present that didn t arrive for Christmas despite being ordered before most other gifts On the van on the 20th but wouldn t the van start No way of tracking the order - what century is this company operating in

Awful half of the products never arrived when questioned they blamed other company s I never ordered from Told me some of the products was out of stock I won t be ordering from here again I d avoid there are plenty of other websites to order these types of products from where I ve had no problems

Item never delivered rude person on the phone

After two months and 4 emails I haven t received a learning tower for my toddler There is no phone number online but when opening a dispute on PayPal I noticed a mobile number there A rather unfriendly man answered the line no apologies for delays whatsoever and eventually hung up on me before I got a chance to ask if I will get my refund and when He explained that I hadn t heard back for two month because the mailbox for customer support is no longer monitored apparently it s a personal mailbox and the person monitoring it is on maternity leave and nobody is monitoring it in her place clearly she s not forwarding mails nor sending out of office replies

Bad experience - still waiting on a refund

I wanted to order from this company to support a small business I ordered three items two of which were delivered and one item was not included in the box After chasing them up on the missing item I was told they would sort it but after waiting a few weeks nothing happened More chasing followed and after missing my son s birthday I requested a refund for the part of the order that they have not fulfilled Complete silence since - no refund received This is not right or moral if you cannot fulfil part of an order you should refund The order was placed on the 5th September and I have had nothing - no refund or no item that was originally ordered I wouldn t recommend anyone ordering from this company as how can you trust them to deliver - or be honest and refund your money

Awful company don t supply returns

Awful company don t supply returns label also don t tell u to send it tracked but refuse to help you unless you have a tracking number very rude to deal with ignore messages luckily I paid through clearpay who helped but I had my account frozen because they didn t issue the refund intime I m now phoning whs to get a copy of receipt to prove it s been delivered they have withheld my money and my account as long as they could avoid
