I m giving this 5 star rating for Natasha who I ve just spoken to and has reassured me and ensured I m getting the service I need Having been sent requests for money after completion of my contract and been frustrated by not getting the answers I need resulting in me complaining she has calmly explained there have been system issues apologies and sorted thing out None of it her fault but she has been a star and after much worry and anxiety I understand what has happened and believe it will be sorted A huge thank you I hope the IT team test better next time put lots of money into Natasha s teams Christmas party fund and fox the issues quickly Again thanks Natasha

Brilliant Service

I purchased a car from Cinch and was told it came with full service history It didn t and they refused to provide any paperwork of any work done previously Went round in circles for weeks and got nowhere Found out car had been managed by Leaseplan and dropped them an email on Saturday asking if they could help and provide records of work done Monday morning email arrives with full details of all work Brilliant customer service Thank you Leaseplan and thank you Toni Griffin at Leaseplan
