This company has many names Car wise is one of them They scam people and take deposit They sent a video saying I agreed with insurance when I didn t you can hear me reading a price of paper where it states deposit the video shows where I mention Il pay deposit Avoid

1h wait meet greet kept 500 deposit 20 extra cleaning fee

Took 1h to meet and greet Charged me 500 eur deposit even though I had purchased full cover through rentcars EasyGoCharged me 20 eur for cleaning just because I was telling him to hurry up Gave me the car on reserve Kept my 500 eur deposit stating I did some scratches It all was because I hurry him up after 1h delay they guy just could not move a finger in an agile manner

What a shame Turkey has people like this After a fab 10 day holiday in Turkey we returned the car having hardly used it We didn t take out there insurance as always have our own Hired through Carjet and was to be hired from Nissa but they subbed it out to Leaseprise Meet at airport by non-English speaking rep So I left the family while we were driven away to collect the cars and actually thought for a while we were getting kidnapped After 30 minutes the wife got worried add another 20 minutes and finally got the hire car - rushed me around the inspection my big mistake and got the car with no fuel in it Crawled to petrol station and then after 1 hour I was back at the airport to collect the family Hardly used the car but it run fine On return they highlighted damage under the driver side rear passenger door that I d missed on inspection but they went straight to it I never did this damage They showed me really low quality photos of the before hire and I can see the damage in their photo but they would not have it Got charged 220 for the damage They tried to also charge me 20 so they could clean the car but I don t pay that It takes bloody ages and I do not recommend at all They leave you waiting knowing your plane time is approaching Thought I d saved money but no - hopefully I ll claim this money back from the rip off merchant

Tried to get a copy of my rental invoice and my deposit refunded after renting from Dalaman airport They are refusing to answer my call or whatsapp messages Keeps saying we will check Avoid at ALL costs Very bad company to deal with

The entire process from start to finish was fraught with issues that were both inconvenient and unacceptable To begin with I specifically chose to book with Nissa Rent a Car because the confirmation stated that a representative would meet us at the airport to deliver the car Instead upon arrival I was informed that I needed to leave my wife and two young children standing outside the airport in 40 C heat while the driver took me to an off-site location that was a 10-minute drive away This was not only inconvenient but also distressing for my family Upon arriving at the office I discovered that the booking had been transferred to a company called Lease Prise Rental not Nissa Rent a Car as originally booked This was never communicated to me prior to arrival and felt like a bait-and-switch tactic Furthermore the vehicle I was provided with was in deplorable condition with over 17 documented scratches dents and marks The interior was dirty smelt of mold and was far below any reasonable standard of cleanliness and maintenance Due to the situation I was in a rush to get back to my family who had now been waiting in unbearable heat for over an hour To make matters worse the petrol tank was completely empty forcing me to find a petrol station immediately after leaving the office As I was leaving the representative ran out and insisted that I sign another form because the car wasn t theirs but his friend s When I asked for a copy of the document I signed he outright refused This behavior is highly suspicious and unprofessional leaving me feeling extremely uncomfortable with the entire transaction Upon returning the car I was again forced to drop my family at the airport and drive back to the remote office a service that was not part of the agreement The inspection process at the return was equally frustrating They identified a scratch under the front bumper which was not noted on the original paperwork and charged me 6300TL for the damage along with a 20 cleaning fee despite the car only having general dust from the roads Despite my protests and requests to see the photos they took before I collected the car the company refused to cooperate After an hour of fruitless argument I was left with no choice but to pay the fine to avoid missing my flight This experience has left me extremely disappointed and upset The level of service provided was far below any acceptable standard and I feel misled and mistreated at every step
