Got an amazing service provided by Viktor from the Glostrup branch He was very patient and helpful with advice about the Mazda Cx30 we got through their LeasingCar service Viktor went above expectation to ensure the car was ready for collection and all paperwork complete ahead of schedule to meet our needs I can strongly recommend

Being new to Denmark we where recommended leasingcar by my husbands work Viktor from the moment we entered to the moment I drove away with the car was exceptional He was able to answer all questions in a proffesional and speedy manner and made the whole process quick and easy I Would definitely reccomend Thank you Viktor

We were on our way to Sweden

We were on our way to Sweden and were unsure if the tires were OK to drive on Of course they were LEGAL but were they fit for Sweden unpredictable weather and roads in December We decided to drive in and ask We agreed upon purchasing new winter tires for our car that had 1 year left on the lease The maintenance department were awesome and immediately ordered tires that would make it in time for our departure We went into the sales dept to ask if we would be allowed to continue the lease for another 3 years when the lease period would run out as we loved the car we had The answer was unfortunately a No the car was used when you got it and it has driven too far for another three years a year from now Thinking sadly that this was an expense for only 12 days in Sweden and Finland Martin from the lease department asked Why don t you just switch cars right now We were like Aeeehhhmmmm we will leave DK in 6 days from now and right now it is Friday at 5 pm From that moment everything went Warp Speed Testdrive included Martin Asbj rn and the rest of the Daugaard team bent themselves backwards and made magic happen over a weekend and 3 working days Inspection of old car insurance change credit evaluation financing registration and more Papers flew around in cyberspace while guiding text messages and emails hit us repeatedly to ensure we would act immediately on what hit our e-boks and WHAM yesterday we picked up our new lease Now as the dust has had 16 hrs to settle and we have figured out what it is to drive a hybrid car we are heading to Sweden As we pack the car we find all kinds of surprises Additional heavy-dirt mats better new tires than we agreed upon new battery although we agreed to lease a used car everywhere we look there are small Christmas surprises The answer when we asked was well you ARE going to Sweden and it would be sad if you got stuck up there We are looking around to find a way to click on 10 stars We felt like royalty and we hope that Daugaard has some way of honoring and appreciating the team They understood our needs they negotiated in between themselves and figured out a solution to the the timing that at first look seemed to be a showstopper planned vacation days and deadlines they thought and they acted on our behalf even though we ourselves were not aware or able to specify exactly what we wanted We only have two words left THANK YOU
