LEATHER BAG GALLERY STOLE MY MONEY AND KEPT THE BAG I RETURNED BECAUSE IT WAS NOT WHAT I ORDER

I ordered a brown leather bag for medical school for 349 00 They sent the wrong bag and when I finally spoke to Mike I quess he is the owner they finally sent a return slip I sent the bag back to them 7 weeks went by still no refund or anything I kept emailing and no reply back for weeks Once I filed a complaint with the Better Business Burea BBB I got a email from Mike stating that the company cannot give me my refund until I dropped the BBB charges so I called BBB and I was told I could not drop complaint and that the BBB had tried to reach out to leather bag gallery and they did not respond to the BBB either I kept emailing and Mike kept feeding me lie and excuse after excuse this was 3 months ago and Leather bag gallery KEPT THE BAG I RETURNED AND KEPT MY 349 00 THAT IS STEALING AND NOW I CANT GET ANYONE TO HELP ME I TRIED CALLING NOONE WILL ANSWER THE PHONE

Don t buy from here The bags look nothing like the pics on the website I was trying to exchange the bag a bought for another one and was told they would email me a link to pay the difference It has been almost 3 months and still no link They told me they might have the wrong email address but the funny part is they told me that by email I have been dealing with a guy named Mike who doesn t have any idea of what he is doing Stay away from this company this has been the worst experience I have ever had as far as shopping online

AWFUL COMPANY TO DEAL WITH

I purchased a 150 00 leather briefcase from this company on September 21 2022 After an hour of purchase I called them to inquire about canceling my order or getting a different bag that would be a darker color There was no answer and I could not leave a message Also I sent an email through their link on the website I did not receive a response So I decided to wait on the product to arrive When I received the product on September 28 2022 I was very disappointed with the product because it was evident that this was a used product it had an unusual crescent marking on the flap and one of the snap buttons was not securing properly I contacted them again through email the third time on September 29 2022 to report to them the defective and used leather briefcase I received They finally responded by email on September 30 2022 apologizing that they did not receive an email and requesting to send pictures of the product so they could further assist me I sent them the pictures an explanation of my discrepancies and my order 40714 the same day I received their email On October 2 2022 they responded and gave an excuse for not answering their phones They said Yes our phone number sometimes in the office the authorities got engaged with other work and hence some calls remain unanswered as we receive thousands of calls in a day They also offered to send out a replacement I declined and informed them I like to return the product They gave me the address to ship and upon receiving the leather bag they will refund me in 8-9 days I immediately sent it to them and forwarded them a USPS tracking number on October 4 2022 They received the product on October 7 2022 I contacted them on October 24 2022 to follow up with why I have not received my refund Their response on October 27 was There s a small team of people working due to COVID also the one who do the refunds is suffering from COVID and is in critical condition However we have updated the other authority to do the same and they will check and you will be refunded in 5-6 business days On November 8 2022 I emailed them because I still did not receive the refund They said they informed their authorities about the refund and they will process it and wait 1-2 days I still did not get a refund and contacted them again on November 15 2022 requesting for my refund On November 25 2022 they contacted me and they said due to some technical glitch happened at our side we would unable to process it for you They assured me they will refund fund it within 2-4 days I made another attempt on December 5 2022 to have them refund me As of now I have lost 150 00 and have had a horrible experience with this company DO NOT BY FROM THIS LEATHER BAG GALLERY You can find another more professional prompt and pleasing company to work with

I don t know where to begin

I don t know where to begin the supposedly leather backpack I bought from this company is made of plastic On the outside it resembles a lousy copy of leather but on the inside it is pretty apparent is made of plastic One of the brackets was damaged on arrival so I wrote an email which took about five days to get a reply from them where they offered to send me a new bracket That means I have to unsew the damaged one and sew the new one Really Then I asked for a return refund procedure and the guy replied saying they would be charging me a 20 restocking fee and I would have to pay for the shipping back Don t even bother buying from this company It is a scam I will be filing a complaint with the FTC

This company is the worst that I ve ever dealt with How are they still in business Worst customer service and their products are garbage- it will break within the first month Do yourself a favor and go ANYWHERE else The customer service guy Mike lied to me and stole my money and they will steal yours too BUYER BEWARE This company sucks

I ordered 2 bags from this company as a gift The duffel bag we received was bad quality and didn t have the extra strap The second bag I ordered which was a leather backpack they sent me the wrong item I have been trying to get in contact with them to get a refund or a new bag since January No one answers the phone only email The same guy mike Unfortunately i had to make a claim with my bank 0 10 recommend

I reached out via email per their website instructions to facilitate an exchange back in April and they never responded to any of my emails I would stay away from this company because their customer service is nonexistent

I bought this leather bag about two years ago and while I initially loved the design and how spacious it was I ve had some major quality issues over time One of the biggest problems is the stitching It seems to have some type of glue that s started to degrade and come off which leaves a sticky residue on my hands and anything the bag touches This stickiness makes it uncomfortable and inconvenient to use For a bag at this price point I expected better durability and craftsmanship I ve tried cleaning the sticky areas but the issue keeps coming back I really wanted to like this bag and keep it as a long-term accessory but the deteriorating stitching has left me disappointed Overall if you re looking for a bag that will last and stay in good condition you may want to consider other options
