Just so easy I live in New Zealand and I wanted mobile phone and internet while I m in France this company looks like it s going to be the easiest option tried French companies but just useless I m in France for four months every year thanks Libra

I had my SIM stolen yesterday and they already have a new one sent to me today with my old number and the packages I paid for The response was quick and very helpful and as soon as they found out I don t speak French they changed to English - this has never happened to me in France

Only had it 3 days every thing seems ok

I am happy with lebara and especially the payment process is very smooth and live chat facility is evouloutinary step to help the english speaking customers in europe Lebara is big relief to the students and tourists Also previously I used Free mobile services worst service in my life and they never speak English or never reply to the customer emails They charge a lot of money with poor services Even for to disconnect the services there is lot of formalities I request all students and tourists go for Lebara
