Bought 3 smart bulbs from this company

Bought 3 smart bulbs from this company Set up was simple and they work great Just hope they last as this is where all the smart bulbs I have purchased in the past have let them down Lets hope this brand from this store does better than the rest21 days later get email asking for a review on the product which I was more than happy to do however I am not happy the store has to OK the review This always worries me as it means negative reviews can be refused so how can customers get a realistic idea of the product

Decent price and correct bulbs

Decent price and correct bulbs delivered Only gripe is that the website said Royal Mail delivery yet it was sent via Amazon We are a bit remote and it took 3 delivery attempts before an Amazon driver could be bothered to drive up our lane Royal Mail know exactly where we live and are usually reliable

Decent priced items - flimsy packaging

I bought some switches and sockets and they were competitively priced But the flimsy packaging a buffer envelope in which they were delivered offered little protection Fortunately the goods were not damaged - but they could have been It would have been better if the components would have been boxed before being put into the buffer envelope They are for 2nd fix electrics so not tested to see if they work yet

Fine so far

These bulbs seem to match their declared specification well There are slightly but noticeably sorter than the failed LED bulbs they replaced but that s not a problem for us The dimensions are probably included in the product spec but there are so many others dimensions - lumens warmth dimmable SBC that we missed height We hope they have a good long life

Very fast shipping

Very fast shipping but unfortunatley some items arrived damaged due to the way they d been packaged However the response from LED Bulbs was spot on and they sent replacement items to sort the issue

Upon ordering the led light bulb I

Upon ordering the led light bulb I received notification of my order and the company being used to deliver this item The delivery company forwarded their delivery details and the package was delivered within the time specified and on the day stated Only a small item but very satisfied with the sequence of events once I placed my order

Broken items were replaced

We had ordered several fluorescent tubes Unfortunately the first order arrived completely broken After several emails and phone calls which remained unanswered hence only 4 stars we got through in the end using the 0800 number and received excellent customer service The replacement tubes arrived 2 days later in perfect condition

Poor packaging

Ordered five bulbs two arrived smashed E-mailed the same day but no response from the company yet not impressed with the customer service Having posted a 1-start review the company did respond and sent out replacement bulbs the same day Shame the packaging was not up to the job on the original order and that it took a 1-star review to get a response

Arrived early but

Delivery was quicker than expected and the product as described You miss out on 5 stars because you used EVRI as your courier and the package arrived in a split box with crushed inner boxes around the individual bulbs Fortunately they all worked but EVRI is a no-no in my experience
