My Ledger Nano-X stopped working

Works good for a year or two then fails Hardware is very unreliable Screen fades and eventually becomes unreadable I suggest looking at alternatives with higher quality hardware UPDATE Ledger was quick to address my issues and send me a replacement so they backed-up their product I hope my issue was an exception to the rule

Excellent customer service

My Ledger Nano-X stopped working the left button would not depress at times and eventually stopped working I have been working with support on exchanging my Ledger for a new one since it s brand new Support has been excellent up to this point I am waiting for them to receive my old Ledger in order for them to send my new one but so far support has been excellent from Estelle of Ledger

I have just spoken to CARLOS at Ledger regarding needing due to unforseen circumstances to transfer a christmas holiday to Valkenburg to next year Carlos could not of been more helpful he explained everything very clearly and sorted the problem out for me which wasn t straightforward He s a credit to Ledger

I had a minor issue with my nano x got in touch with ledger checked a couple of things and they replaced it and it arrived in good time all the assistance I was given was excellent kept up to date on everything and all enquiries were answered really quickly thank you brilliant service 10 10

I recently had some issues sending a Token to my Ledger and I thought I d lost it into the interwebs Fortunately customer service was truly fantastic and walked me through every step of the process to recover my Tokens A lot of this crypto stuff is still foreign to me but the agent was super patient and wonderful at explaining things in a way I could understand

Ariel at the Ledger team was extremely helpful with helping me resolve my missing transaction through from Ledger to Crypto com If it wasn t for her - I would have taken a big loss and accepted it for what it is but she assured me that my balance was sitting and sent me a step-by-step solution in retrieving my assets Thanks a million Ariel and the team at Ledger

Pierre-Henri in Order Shipping has been extremely helpful Response time within minutes after the initial support ticket was made I m stationed overseas so the shipping address had to be an FPO stateside but then from there sent to another country I didn t know how to enter the shipping address to ensure package receipt providing that information to the shipping team they were able to create my order for me I really appreciate the help
