Orders not arriving
No idea how good the product I ordered is because it hasn t arrived Ledlenser sent my order by Royal Mail who are on strike and have been for months Six days since I ordered and the parcel hasn t even left the first RM depot Contacted customer service only to be told that it s my fault for not paying twice the price for next day delivery with DPD who incidentally say they also wouldn t be able to deliver on time Since there is no realistic prospect of the parcel arriving this week I ve had to go out and buy another torch from another manufacturer - Petzl which I m really impressed with the quality of I guess Ledlenser won t be my first choice any more EDIT Now a week since I ordered and the parcel still hasn t moved Customer service still insistent it s my fault for choosing standard delivery Arrogance of this company is staggering

Just bought the new HF8R CORE RGB
Just bought the new HF8R CORE RGB Rechargeable headtorch as it seemed tailor made for my activities which include fishing shooting working and exercising 4 spaniels It us unbelievable how stupidly complicated it is to work not very comfortable on the head and to be honest a complete waste of money in my opinion Unfortunately the packaging has been thrown out in error so i am stuck with 130 worth of something that is not fit for purpose Never again will i buy from this company

Ordered a ML4 lantern which arrived
Ordered a ML4 lantern which arrived damaged and faulty LED lenser uk wanted to repair it under warranty It was supposed to be new The only option would have been to replace it with new Many emails later i finally get to return the item - i asked for a replacement however they only decided to PARTIALLY refund me They took the postage costs out of the repayment So if you want to pay for terrible customer service and pay for damaged items to be shipped to you Its a real shame as i own many led lenser lights and even if they are overpriced i love the quality Youve lost a loyal customer over this What a way to treat people Update Finally refunded and found the same product on amazon cheaper with no postage fees

Do not trust their 5 star reviews
Bought a headtorch perfect for hiking - after reading and taking note of reviews all 5 start on their site Submitted a 1 star review ridiculously complex and contrived process to swap batteries Oddly enough the 1 star review is not showing despite verification process Edit - thanks for making my review live - a couple of months later Re a possible exchange the torch could only be accessed by completely destroying the packaging If a retailer would have been willing to refund the headtorch I d be extremely surprised The headtorch itself is a superb balance of brightness light weight and decent battery life - but a single battery is likely to need swapping out in serious extended use Would be a superb package if accessing and replacing the battery were not so fiddly impractical and with considerable risk of breaking the plastic cradle

Woeful customer service - Avoid
Woeful customer service Ordered torches weeks ago directly from their web site Got an Email telling me the transaction was successfully and my order would be on its way soon Nothing has been delivered and worse than that absolutely no response to my calls and emails asking when the items will be delivered Avoid buying directly If I had bought from Amazon I would have got next day delivery Just going to have to dispute the sale via my credit card company now

I bought a headtorch and the strap started to stretch beyond usable I requested a replacement as less than a year old LEDLENSER customer support uk told that is not covered by warranty unlucky for them I had the warranty photo sent of the fact headband guarantee no response So researched on who is the CEO and resent to a CEO of an associate company also responsible for this one using a variation of guessed web address s Hey presto customer services emailed to state on this occasion they would replace my strap Not impressed by customer services or denial of warranty or the other customer negative feedback whilst customer services continually apologise on Trustpilot definitely need to sort their act out When this torch dies I will research before buying another product from this company as I consider my time and patience was unnecessarily stretched for some jobs worth to save 15 who obviously follows the company policy of no integrity

Superb customer care
My P7 torch stopped working It was several years old out of warranty I contacted customer services to see if they could point me to a local dealer who might be able to repair They replied immediately to say they would send a new switch battery holder free with their compliments It arrived soon after the torch now works fine again Excellent service

Excellent service repairing torch
I have a P7 2 torch that was out of warranty and had the known problem with the led staying dimly lit when turned off I was unable to source a new battery carriage online asked LEDLenser They were incredibly helpful and sent me out a brand new battery carriage and switch free of charge My torch is now working again Excellent service

Over a weekend I placed an order but mistakenly ordered the wrong model I rang customer service on Monday morning the call was answered on the first ring and the CS person said that she would talk to web sales and get them to contact me Within half an hour I had an email from web sales cancelling my first order and advising how to reorder Excellent
