They cancelled my order without letting me know Had to track my order to learn they cancelled it I ll check my credit card to confirm I was credited the total amount If not I ll post here again with an update I will not order from them again Buyer beware

Don t even have the jeans yet
I bought a pair of jeans nearly 3 weeks ago and they still haven t shipped I never got a confirmation email when I bought them had to call and chase them for the order number I ve called four times since to check on the shipping status and they just keep telling me it should ship by insert day and then of course it doesn t This last time I called they gave me a promo code for another purchase Like I will ever purchase from them again lol SHIP MY FRIGGIN JEANS ALREADY

Lee Jeans - Garbage products and Garbage customer service
Bought 4 pairs of khaki pants online and they were all so poorly made that I knew I had to return them They charged me 7 to return their garbage products They were not flexible on the return method It had to be fedex I tried to complain to customer service and they were rude and overall just made the situation worse I would give zero stars if I could Never shopping lee again and I do not recommend

Lee com Horrible Return policy
Horrible customer service Lees sent me a sweatshirt instead of 2 pairs of jeans After an hour on the phone all they could do is refund me my money after I print out the fed ex label they emailed me and return the item they sent me by mistake because they are unable to send me the jeans I ordered because they don t have any in their free stock The only way they can guarantee before Christmas delivery is for me to re-purchase them and they can give me free shipping yes they are in stock for purchasing but not in stock to send me what I ve already purchased Oh but they did offer free shipping shame on you Lee com

Horrible Customer Service
I placed a order with Lee on 5 20 PST pm on a Thursday Immediately I realized that I had made a mistake I called immediately but their customer service was closed for the day So I woke up early I m on the West Coast and called right away very early in the morning A service agent said that because I failed to call back within a two-hour window I could not change the order and be issued an exchange or a refund She also told me there was no supervisor who could help me Dealing with this agent was like deal with an automated non-person She couldn t even acknowledge my frustration This company is not customer oriented and I will never ever deal with them again

Ripoff of returns
I ordered a pair of shorts recently They didn t fit so I returned them I was charged 7 99 for shipping then charged 7 99 to return My credit card was charged 34 16 yet my card was only credited 17 61 upon return I will never order from Lee again what a ripoff

Placed order on Oct 12 It is now Nov 3 and the order still has not shipped This was supposed to be a birthday gift Called customer service and they say they are unable to cancel my order even though it hasn t been processed yet I asked to speak to management and they said they would call me back I never received a return call This is completely unacceptable I will never order from Lee Jeans again

Ordering problem
I really like lee jeans But this is a problem I placed my order on Oct 3 It is now Oct 24 2023 and my order has not shipped The website noted that they were having delays I have sent several emails through customer service At this point I would like to be given the option to cancel my order because I don t trust the process anymore or AT LEAST some kind of real communication about what is going on

Bait switch on the BOGO They are not being managed at all anymore They are offering fake discounts They will cancel the discounted part of your order and charge you full price plus shipping They cheat the public and take your money and you can t do anything
