Stealing money from customer No product deliver after 2 months
I ve ordered my desk and chair to work from home from 12 04 with the promising delivery date of 11 05 Nothing arrives in 11 05 On 12 05 they sent an email saying that they will delivered in the next 30 days because they are out of stock Better yet I went on their website to check and they are selling those even on discount I tried to call customer service and they just hang up without any waiting lines Worst worst service ever Hope new customers won t fall in the same trap like me

Ordered a computer desk in October
Ordered a computer desk in October finally delivered in December Assembled the desk only to find that the two drawers will not fit too wide for the space Sent an email asking for a refund or exchange and have heard nothing Sent a second email still nothing Appears this company is only interested in selling and could care less about customer service Find another store and avoid the frustration

Delivery deadlines not respected and customer service impossible to reach
I bought an item with a pick up date in the store three days later Now 20 days later no updates on delivery I sent them an email asking for information on the delivery and got an automated answer saying that they are busy and will answer within 14 days after 14 days no answer Worse the item is still for sale on the webpage with a delivery date of 3-5 days When I posted a review saying that buyers should beware of delivery dates not being respected they moderated it and removed it so obviously they have time to moderate reviews but not to correct delivery times or actual respond to complaints Money was charged immediately and there is no way to cancel directly online only via customer service who do not answer in any case

Deceptive marketing
Has the most deceptive marketing strategy Their customer service is absolutely substandard I purchased 4 items considering both the items and shipping cost After some days 3 items are received and the 4th one was declared to be delivered after some day but later found the item is out of the stock Now the missing item will cost me extra They were supposed to confirm all items before sending now neither they reply to phone nor to email I am totally exhausted what to do

Terrible delivery service I have told them to put the package in the front door of my house but rather they left it at the ground floor Said they did so after consultation but I never told them such Paid 25 euros only for delivery and this is what I get Called the customer service and it took 30 minutes to get hold of anyone They investigated and told me they cannot do anything but call the police Amazing company Will never order from them ever
