I paid two months ago the invoice related to the keypad yet I received an email from the finance manager threatening to disconnect the service I believe the company should check their records thoroughly before sending such emails A more professional approach would be to send a polite reminder first and if no response is received follow up with a final notice This would ensure better communication and customer satisfaction A Azimi
