Moving out with Legacie

My experience with Legacie so far has been fantastic when enquiring and viewing an apartment Kara and Michael and Lee were all friendly and extremely helpful making it such an easy process The apartments I viewed were very clean and modern I also had the pleasure of communicating with Sophie who dealt with my tenancy application she was friendly and extremely helpful promptly replying to my emails and explaining all the information and documents I needed to provide which made this process very easy

As someone who just moved in

As someone who just moved in I would love to say that it has been an amazing experience The staff have been welcoming friendly and accommodating and the building manager Yasmin has been amazing so far Would recommend

Best place to live

I came across this building while searching for a new place and I m glad to have found it as it is one of the best in terms of its infrastructure and amenities and the management and staff It is a great place to live where everything gives you a sense of luxury It has been an incredible experience

Cara was really great with ensuring I had a smooth transition into my apartment and was able to answer any queries I had in a timely manner I ve recently moved into my apartment at Element the Quarter and I love it

I was assisted through the application by a staff named Janet Janet was very responsive and she instantly emailed me with an answer for any queries that I had pertaining to the process The answers were precise to the point and very much helpful Excellent service

Fantastic customer oriented company

The speed in which we were helped has been fantastic they have answered every question I have had and have made moving a lot less of a stressful process many thanks to Rachael and Lee for all of the help

As an owner I experienced an ongoing issue with my monthly rental statements Sue Wong was always patient and listened to my concern She made a point of getting to the bottom of the problem and eventually solved the problem even though she was out of office I was very grateful for her professionalism and support and for persistence in resolving the issue
