Excellent service by legacy pets for our 11 7 year old dog RILEY King Charles cavalier had to make the heartbreaking decision for Riley to be pts on 24 05 22 His organs were failing and we couldn t see him go through any pain or suffer Making the phone call was hard and upsetting but the compassion from the first call to the collecting of Riley back up after his cremation was extremely genuine and sincere by all the staff Our family cannot thankyou enough for looking after and giving Riley the best send off ever He went with dignity and we feel comforted by the way he was treated It s still very raw our emotions but he s back home now where he belongs and amazing paw and nose prints with cutting of his hair Thanks again and sorry for being a blubbering wreck Love lisa and Paul xx

Above and beyond Thank you

Our boy kitty had to be put to sleep on Saturday at the young age of 3 I can t recommend Legacy Pets enough They provided an incredibly patient and empathetic service and made this devastating time that little bit easier Our boy was back home within 24 hours and was looked after with care Cannot thank you enough for your kindness it really does help 3

My baby girl went to sleep at home on Saturday by Jack the vet surrounded by her family and I can t thank legacy enough for looking after her sean come to pick her up and told us to take are time to bring her out I got a phone call to say she was back at legacy and today Monday my girl has come back home I would definitely use them again and want to thank you all for looking after my girl pippin

We cannot thank the team at Legacy Pets for an utterly phenomenal service From the moment I had to make that phone call that no owner want to make to having our boy Bru bought back home to us everyone has only showed us kindness and compassion An extra special thank you to Claire and Justin who will always hold a special place in our hearts They treated our beautiful boy with so much respect dignity and care The thought of having to say our final farewell to our precious boy on the floor of a vet office crippled us Thankfully Legacy Pets was recommended to us and Bru was able to pass at home peacefully in his favourite spot The attention to detail is incredible even to ensuring the fur clippings we received back contained all three colours of his coat Thank you for making an utterly devastating time a little bit more bearable Mel and Andy xx

From first phone call to Harry everything was professional called at 9 30am discussion with Josh who rang back at 9 55 to confirm he d found a vet for home visit to arrive with us at 10 45 traveling all the way from Warrington to Bury Lady vet arrived 10 50 took time to explain things very professional and gave us time Chantel Callum arrived and explained everything to us Leo was handled with such dignity we had time with him once in van nothing was too much trouble Next day we collected Leo s ash s from shop was really impressed Again we were treated professionally given time to talk about Leo even bringing tears to girls eye Again massive thanks to all Legacy team for looking after our boy Leo on his final journey

Brilliant Service

I have used legacy pets twice now due to loosing two animals in a short space of time They go above and beyond every time and I wouldn t go anywhere else Each time the staff have been brilliant it s such a difficult time and they made it bearable and made me feel at ease The caskets I received had beautiful engraving on them I would 100 recommend anyone to use legacy pets

Very compassionate and friendly service Everything was done with the utmost respect with real empathy and sympathy shown from the 2 lads that came to take Thai away for cremation The paw prints are absolutely amazing as were the vials of some of Thai s fur a really nice keepsake to remember our pet The candle was also lovely and everything was packaged beautifully I can t recommend highly enough thank you
