From the start all the contact with LfL was excellent Efficient timely and effective Amelia helped guide us through the process answered all my questions and concerns Emails were responded to promptly and whenever we spoke Amelia was friendly very knowledgeable and we greatly benefitted from her experience and advice The solicitor used by them for the court date was also excellent I would have no hesitation in recommending the company and hopefully you ll be lucky enough to get Amelia on your case though I am not suggesting other staff are not also very good as my experience with the company has been great

The bright and enthusiastic individual whom handled my call was called Ryan He assisted myself with putting my insurance in place along with packages for my energy bills As it is my first time he was very informative and guiding throughout He allowed me to feel comfortable and ask questions without hesitation Ryan provided an excellent service and made my experience enjoyable rather than nerve racking and confusing He was clear with his communication and was open and honest about the policy and the cover available He provided options that worked for myself financially and best suited my criteria to insure I purchased the correct cover This now allows me to feel confident in moving into my place knowing what s protected and what isn t along with the limitations and cover amounts This then allowed me to best judge what s assets was inline with the policy and which was excluded Ryan personality helped me throughout the process as this was more than customer service and felt like a friendly encounter I would most definitely recommend this service to anyone who is a first time renter or experienced as it is very informative and friendly
