Outstanding Customer Support From LegalSky
LegalSky provided excellent customer service and support throughout my legal claim after my flight was delayed by seven hours. It took around eleven months to receive confirmation that the case was successful and that I was entitled to compensation. However, since I was living in the U.S. at the time, I could not receive the payment in my American bank account. Two years later, after moving to the EU and opening a local bank account, I contacted them to ask if it was too late to claim the money. They responded immediately and transferred the compensation to my account, even though the claim was won in 2023. I am very impressed and happy with this company.

Way too expensive 100 for filling out a text box
I had a 5 hour-ish delay in my flight with Iberia I had the right to claim 400 When we landed in Madrid the LegalSky representative contacted us at the gate about the service and that they will take care of everything for me for the fee of 25 of the money I get since it can be a long battle with an airline etc etc I considered taking their offer for the simplicity of it but luckily with 100 on the line I decided to check what it is exactly that I needed to do I had to fill out a short page with a few text boxes about flight and personal details on the Iberia website and I got my money in a few days It was very easy and honestly I don t think the service would ve even saved me any time since I would ve had to give them the same details that I filled out on the website anyway Reading about the 2 year waiting times for people here is also weird In some extreme cases with actual legal issues the service might be worth it but I would strongly encourage everyone to check out what you can do yourself first to avoid ridiculous fees In the case of a simple delay it is absolutely not recommendable

Finally I received 169 related to a flight that happened 1 year and a half ago While it takes me less than 3 days when a flight delay happens with Air France or Lufthansa I had been thinking that I would never got this compensation Any chance to go faster

Two years ago my flight was heavily delayed and i took a procedure to get a refund with LegalSky The company informed me that it would take a while to take the case to the courthouse They also explained that they would take a commission if they won the case but that i wouldn t pay anything if they lost I really didn t think it would work especially because i didn t get any news during these last 2 years but yesterday I finally got noticed that LegalSky had won the case and today i received my refund They took a little commission which i find normal it was really worth the wait thank you for taking care of my case
