I have bought a few items from London Legend and I have been impressed with the quality of product and the service they have provided I have returned items which did not fit with no hassle and money returned to me promptly Their customer service aww quick to respond and have been very helpful especially with an email that had a broken discount reward link which they resolved I will continue this purchase from London Legend in the future

Was once overcharged for delivery 10 and they agreed to give me a 15 voucher off my next purchase I ve bought loads of jeans from them for the price point of around 50 I haven t ever found jeans with the same fit and quality anywhere else

Great customer service Usually order my jeans in the UK but now living in Oz I still needed my legend london jeans After waiting for tracking to up date after a week and half of waiting I contacted customer service Rachael who were fast and efficient in in trying to find out where they were In the end we assumed they got lost in the post so they sent out my order again in express delivery

Best pair of skinny s for athletic legs - good length too

I chose the skinny in grey These are strong denim material but super stretchy to show off athletic legs They fit well in the waist and I can do a squat in them but the fit is fabulous - very substantial denim - love them - perfect women size 8 fit Thankyou

I really don t understand the below 5 reviews The jeans fit perfectly and compliment the leg gains nicely But not just that their customer service is impeccable prompt response and effective actions Will always be my top place for jeans

Quality wise the best jeans I have ever bought It went beyond my expectations All items fit in perfection Although they need to work on the delivery time I ordered from Maputo Mozambique and it took more than a month for the package to be delivered the customer services were very friendly and helpful

A truly fantastic experience

My husband and I got married on Friday 17th February and had delivered to have a night away So we picking The View They knew we were a newly married couple so put towels in the shape of a heart on the bed with red rose petals We had booked the dinner bed and breakfast option and can say that the food and accommodation was exceptional We would definitely stay there again

Jeans look great and fit well I just hope they are durable long-term

I ordered a pair of straight black jeans and two pairs of straight chinos The order came quick and it wasn t too pricey considering the price of clothes these days They fit me great and after struggling to find clothes that fit my big thighs with my small waist and previously settling with Next straight chinos which are durable but ugly I was happy After just over three months the chinos had both torn inside the inner leg which is what happens to all the trousers I buy unfortunately and the zip had broken on the jeans After some back and fourth explaining the issue with LL they offered to re-ship the items to me as an act of goodwill which I gratefully accepted They look great I just hope that this time they last
