so frustrating lol I made an order a month ago and there has been no updates on shipping production etc I have been in contact with customer support who give generic responses that shipping is delayed but then I have to send 2-3 emails asking for an update before I get anything in response I bought this a month in advance for a friend s birthday and now it s way past it getting here in time for his birthday and the whole experience has been really disappointing The staff is not apologetic about the inconvenience whatsoever at this point i m just trying to cancel my order and be refunded but i can t even get in touch with customer support lol
