Friendly and thorough booking agent

The Ledger agent was very friendly and most thorough with my booking going through every detail meticulously She pointed out possible changes to the itinerary to reconfirm what I had read on line about that particular trip This will be the fourth time I have booked with Ledger and I m sure I will use them in the future

After looking at a holiday online I called just to confirm a few minor points Shaun Sean was extremely helpful and polite answering my questions with confidence He also talked me through the booking process to ensure I fully understood the terms and conditions before completing my booking He picked up all my personal details from a previous booking with Leger so saved me having to detail all of this on the call

Agent was very Understanding and Helpful Due to health issues i needed to cancel or rearrange a current booking The Agent talked me through several options and we eventually reach as satisfactory solution On this occasion Leger did not charge a fee to rearrange the tour

Went on the cologne valkenburg Christmas markets coach tour Our drivers John and Ann Marie were excellent Very helpful and professional Very knowledgeable in advising us where to go etc the hotel was very good and the markets were very enjoyable Would definitely go with them again
