I bought my Haibike Xduro Allmn 3 0 2020 from them in September 2020 I ve had a new motor which was tied up through my local Haibike dealer under Bosch warranty and Leisure wheels paid the labour etc the father and son Dan n Sam I ve found to be absolutely sound helpful responsive and straight talking I fully recommend people use these guys to purchase their bikes very happy and have confidence any other dramas will be sorted
