Reasonable prices very helpful staff

We saw a caravan we liked online and spoke to Dawn on the phone We then travelled to Tyneside and Dawn was very helpful The caravan proved to be exactly what we wanted Whenever we phoned with a query it was answered promptly and in a friendly manner When we collected the caravan we got a very thorough explanation of exactly how everything worked Water and electricity had both been connected so we had a complete demonstration Dawn was always mindful of the distance we travelled to Tyneside All in all I can t fault the service we received and the caravan was considerably cheaper than a similar model we had seen locally

How well the site looks

I would just like to comment on how tidy and well maintained Leisure World Group Catterick looks Always tidy and clean Staff are very friendly and the facilities are spotless The shop is well stocked and they have a great range of awnings I visited the showroom they have an excellent choice of caravans and motor homes I was very tempted to buy one sales staff are very helpful

Liesure World Tyneside - Used caravan

From the first contact phone call through to collecting the caravan was a superb experience Dawn at Liesure World Tyneside was brilliant from arranging the first visit to make a viewing advising on transport arrangements as we were travelling some distance around 150 miles through to final collection The minor issues raised regarding the used van were sorted without hesitation

Good service

Bought a new Swift caravan from Catterick Chris was very good from start of process to finish including moving original pick up date due to last minute hospital appointment Trade in and handover smooth No complaints

Brand new caravan exchange

We recently bought a brand new in part ex Commodore Caravan from Leisure World York branch Chris dealt with us from start to finish and has been in my opinion exemplary in all that he has done You read so many bad reviews of new purchases so it was with a little trepidation we decided to buy new We did have a couple of large-ish issues plus some minor ones during the handover which could have really spoilt the experience and expectations however I delighted to say how the handled these issue was brilliant I emailed Chris after hours to highlight the issues and he was knocking on our caravan at 08 50 the next morning with solutions which have now all been resolved with no stress whatsoever so thank you Chris and all the team at the York branch I cannot recommend this branch and company highly enough

Excellent customer service from David Satterthwaite at Ebor Leisure World near York We went to look for a bigger camper van or caravan We traded in our camper for a beautiful caravan we fell in love with Having never had a caravan David was very patient answering all my questions and let me look round various caravans several times in the freezing wind He was very informative and did not push me to make a descision I felt very comfortable unlike some places you can go where the sales men are very pushy I would definitely go back and recommend using them Also a special thanks to Harvey for fixing the gas bottles in for us and the battery as we didn t have a clue also in the cold wind Well done lads

Excellent customer service throughout

Experienced a fault with the gas system on a Burstner van while traveling from France to UK All dealers in Calais too busy to look at it Most dealers in UK wouldn t look at it as we hadn t bought the van from them Rang Leisure World Group Caterick branch No problem they said fetch it in Friday when you get up north Arrived on Thursday morning and popped in to see if they could look at it earlier No problem at all Despite it being a french van and everything not being in the same place they diagnosed the problem within 1 2 hour and fitted replacement within about an hour We paid directly and they sorted the warranty claim with Burstner - this has now been repaid Can t recommend this company enough lovely staff technician explained what went wrong and repayment made within a reasonable timescale Other Burstner service agents were rubbish and we have complained directly to Burstner

Excellent service

We have just purchased our 8th caravan from Tyneside Leisure I can say that this was best service we have ever experienced and we have used most of the major dealers in the North East over the years Nothing was too much trouble for Dawn The hand over was smooth and was achieved within 1 week of choosing our new caravan This dealership would definitely be our first port of call in future
