Marvellous

This was my fourteenth order with Lekker Wines and as with every other one the selection of wines to choose from I like vegan southern Italian reds was fantastic My order arrived the next day Karol-Ann s customer service is second to none

Great wines and excellent service

Although I live in a big city there s a lot of wine that s hard to find in regular wine shops We particularly like big reds from Puglia which Lekker Wines have a good range of They also specialise in wines from South Africa which and we ve been buying and enjoying their mixed cases of reds which seem great value I put in an order last Thursday and was most impressed to get a phone call from the proprietor I d just missed the daily shipping and my wine wouldn t arrive till Monday but if I had been planning to drink my order at the weekend they would drive to the Post Office in person That s above and beyond normal service Also pleased that this delivery was via Parcelforce and I was given a one hour delivery window As to the contents I m greatly looking forward to the weekend

Excellent service

Our order arrived within a couple of days and well packaged This is our second time of using LEKKER wines and it won t be the last This wine is amazing and hard to find elsewhere Excellent service again

Refreshing to have great service

Ordered wine through the site but had to go back and change a few things Support was great Correct order arrived the next day as promised The wine is excellent and arrived well packaged Would recommend LEKKER and will definitely use them again

COMMENDABLE AFTER SALES SERVICE

Parcelforce notified me that they would deliver within a 1 hour window but they failed did not deliver at all that day causing me more than little inconvenience I emailed Lekker Karol-Ann who responded immediately followed this up with an apologetic phone call assuring me I would receive the goods today - which I did Thank you K-A for turning this issue into a positive Commendable customer service I ve ordered several crates from Lekker over the past few months and have been impressed with the quality of the wine sensible pricing structure Good company I like doing business with you Have a good Christmas

Ordering mixed South African red wines

This is the third time I have ordered a half-case of mixed reds The orders are always securely packaged and received within two working days As for the wines Karol-Ann has chosen a different selection each time each bottle with its own character all have been thoroughly enjoyable

You ll not get better service

Imagine a South African wine you really like arrives in the warehouse on the Monday and is with you on the Friday- that s Lekker wines in action And all with excellent friendly service and conversation about the wines of South Africa in general Real personable expertise
