Lela s yoga is always a special time out - time for yourself time to recharge your batteries time to slow down This time I was at a yinyoga workshop Lela has a unique way of designing the workshop so that everyone feels seen with their own issues and physical conditions Lela gives adaptations variations This takes place in beautiful rooms with a view of the Alster and a healthy meal snack Definitely a great morning
