Delivery mix-up

Excellence of products Excellence of Customer Support
Discovered LELO products in 2014 Kept buying products for actually 6 years Astonishing quality and design so much fun and pleasure Great products Never had before to test the Customer Support My last order in may was not delivered then I had to deal with the Customer Support Was surprised as much efficient and helpful they are Carefully listening and taking in account customer problems keeping working on how to find a solution and making it happen I really appreciated it As soon as they found out my package was lost by the Delivering Company I got a new one delivered on fast express in 2 days without any extra charge Finally LELO furthermore the excellence of their products they also settled the excellence of Customer Support Thanks

When I received the package
When I received the package it was not what I was expecting I contacted Customer Service and explained that I changed my mind and I wanted to return the product Customer service walked me through the process once I sent photos that I had not opened the package They were very nice throughout the entire process I was able to get my full refund back

The Lelo products are amazing
The Lelo products are amazing Soft silicone is perfect and experience is wonderful Unfortunately I had to make a claim because my product broke But I had the best experience with customer service in my life They send the courier into my home and get the device I will definitely buy more products from Lelo

Lelo broke and they replaced it
EDIT- lelo replaced my item due to a fault and manually processed as it wasn t working online Thanks to the great customer service in the end although it did take nearly a month to sort Happy with the result My lelo broke after 7 months I have warranty but the website won t let me claim it I contacted customer service but they told me to wait with no information on when I would be able to claim It is very strange that a huge company is having technical difficulties which is taking over 2 weeks to fix A successful company would provide a solution such as manually applying for the warranty if a customer complains however this company has offered nothing I won t be buying from them again

Customer service exceeded my expectations
My Tor 2 stopped working no so long ago So i contacted lelo in order to claim the warranty I was actually expecting the 10 year warranty discount because I was almost a month off the 1 year period But to my surprise they granted me the one year warranty replacement They explicitly told me to not send back the device to avoid the shipping cost Filip also clarified some questions regarding a toy on sale that I misunderstood that was for US market only So I got it Was kinda happy and confident with the experience so I also got another toy that caught my curiosity They sent me a digital book with the mail so far fun to read Today the tor 2 replacement arrived so overall pretty good customer service experience and the toys are superb

I love Lelo products but it s the customer care that really vowed me Katarina was helping me on every step and resolved my issue in less 10 minutes I was in contact with her on several occasions and every time she was 100 professional and friendly
