Do yourself a favour and avoid at all costs

Tried to cancel an order the morning after I placed it Email ignored Emailed again Email ignored Item shipped of course Received today and disappointed doesn t cover it Not as advertised at all Much much smaller than the photos and videos suggest 100 viscose and had I known it shipped from China I wouldn t have ordered Must cost 50p to make Terrible Don t fall for the hype Another example of a company advertising one thing and delivering something else Save yourself the hassle and don t bother I can t be arsed with the hassle of returning this crap They won t respond to emails anyway Also they asked me for a review and I gave them one but surprise surprise they delete negative reviews from their website They must have a fair few if they re going to the trouble of doing that Again don t believe the hype

I ordered 2 pair of pants 36 x 30 got

I ordered 2 pair of pants 36 x 30 got 28x30 to small Called company said to keep those and they would send 2 at size I ordered Didn t receive them and they said would give a refund That was back in June Have not received any refund YET Last time I talked to anyone the lady got very belligerent with me Myself my family or my friends will never buy from this company Very poor service

Missed the mark by a long shot

Finally got 1 pair of pants and they were horrible Called for a return and they don t want them back or give a full refund Well I guess 50 is better than nothing not quite what I was expecting when I wanted to return the product for not being at all as advertised Most uncomfortable fit I have ever had in a pair of pants No ability to bend over or use the extra pockets since there is no flex or room once you put them on Really poor quality and delivery 1 of 6 pair only made it Totally missed the mark

AVOID this company Sent completely wrong item and I have contacted them many times since February Only one response back requesting photos as proof of their error Not heard from the company since - they ignore all emails

Do not purchase anything from this company I was sent the incorrect size pants and was not able to return them I was promised a 70 credit on the items well over two weeks ago After more than 12 hours of phone calls and emails there has still been nothing done What good is the wrong size pants I was told I could give them away What Guess socialism will have use buy clothes for other people while we do without What a lesson to positively AVOID ordering from LenaWear

Avoid Website makes it look like a uk or Australian company but it s Chinese cheap quality shipped from abroad Impossible to return as no returns process except for emailing And of course they don t respond to your email I wish I did more research before I was sucked into the social media adverts for this faceless company
