Sonny Y provided a great customer service I went through Credit Karma to get my loan and was having some issues with the application I gave LP a call and Sonny was able to handle the issues with ease to close my application in less than an hour with no additional hassles Very pleased

I got a call from the lending company on some options in my loan which I really needed to look in to Tammie Jones was very pleasant to speak with She was very patient and knowledgeable of the business we were conducting It was a pleasure speaking with her and I hope if an situation comes up and she is available I would gladly work with her again Thank you Tammie I was having a bad day but you made my day

CSR was so helpful and nice She gave me a temporary relief payment modification lowering my payments by 90 each for three months I appreciate this so much Another loan company I called the same day was far less accommodating

Although Lending Point was not very helpful months ago when I first reached out to reduce my payments due to financial hardship they exceeded my expectations today with helping me cope with a stressful situation Thank you

I had an payment issue and called Customer Service The Lending Point rep was so very kind and provided with me will all my options in order to rectify my payment issue I was not made to feel anything less than a valued customer Providing excellent customer service goes a long way and I greatly appreciated how Lending Point provided me with the best solution to resolve my issue
