Great customer service experience

Bought a laptop direct from lenovo Free next day delivery and the price was competitive compared to machines with similar specs from other brands So long as you go with ThinkBook ThinkPad you can be confident the keyboard trackpad and display will all be great quality which makes a world of difference Unfortunately the laptop did have to go in for repair turned out to be a battery problem Repair service was excellent Collection from my both my home the repair shop was same-day with next-day delivery by Fed-Ex Packaging for the returned laptop was excellent The laptop was in the workshop a little loner than I d have expected with communication with the technicians a little difficult after they requested extra info but on balance I think it s better they had the device a little longer and got everything fixed the first time Thank you

Excellent customer service

After reading a number of critical reviews of Lenovo customer service I needed to put the record straight I received a Lenovo TAB 10 tablet as a present in February this year which started to develop a screen fault a couple of months ago The customer services were telephoned and they arranged for the tablet to be returned to them for a repair Unfortunately on two occasions the repair did not work so Lenovo arranged for the faulty tablet to be returned to The Netherlands and a new replacement sent out to me I could not have asked for a better service and all thanks to their customer service team and to Nefeli a case manager who arranged for a replacement

Wireless pad on A450 gone

I rung up 10 02 2020 as my wireless pad on pc has gone- spoke to a number of people- as im abit of a pain in the butt- i wasnt happy for my computer to be send away for three weeks- so spoke to thomas from the sales team about upgrading my warranty for home- very professional and efficient- spoke to luke from the warrenty team- he couldnt resolve my problem today- however i will ring back friday- but he was so lovely and friendly and professional- now lets hope they can fix my pc or i may cry 02 03 2020 lenovo team finally came out and sorted my PC- very professional indeed it took an extra 2 weeks due to personal life Highly recommend Computer fixed

Unfortunately my laptop broke sent it back was repaired very quickly and as soon as repaired was sent back to me next day Fantastic service and will 10000 be buying extended warranty due to them being so efficient
