Brenda has all the experience needed to ensure a smooth transfer across the border for you and your pet She helped me with all the I for about paperwork and even how to get to Calais from Paris when trains were not running as usual I would definitely use her services again

Professional Clean Painless

Our driver arrived over an hour early in Calais Frethun station very small place easy to find each other to make sure all our documents were ok and everyone was accounted for He also seemed to have a clear idea of when and how each of us were set to arrive at the rendez-vous point During the trip he was very professional and very pleasant keeping us updated constantly on the schedule and the next steps of the journey The whole process meet up pet immigration human immigration shuttle driving etc went perfectly smoothly Concerning the transport the van fits max 5 people with ample room for pets The cages located on one side opposite the owners are clean and new No AC just in front with the driver but even on a hot 30degree day the van was very cool The owner made sure everyone and their pets were comfortable Great trip i would recommend the service to anyone

I had to cancel my booking for various reasons and the staff at Le Pet Express were extremely understanding and helpful The fee was refunded without question and the money appeared back in my account within a couple of days I wouldn t hesitate to use them in future if the need arises

Le Pet Express is a brilliant safe and easy way to take a pet from France to U K and vice versa As a woman travelling alone from Calais to Ashford I was unsure of getting in a stranger s van with my beloved cat Result was that I felt100 safe and comfortable from beginning to end Brenda is a consummate professional informative knowledgeable and so pleasant to talk to And her bright red van is pristine clean no odours with comfortable seats I am so grateful to Brenda and the brilliant idea she had to create this company Thank you thank you thank you

It is so hard to travel back to the UK with a pet when you are a foot passenger and it is usually a lot of stress for the animal and for the owner Le Pet Express provides a fantastic service crossing the channel with maximum 5 animals on board Pets are locked in a kennel but you can sit next to it which make it better for the animal The service is also punctual reliable the van is clean and Brenda is very friendly I will be using this service a lot -
