Easy booking in

Easy booking in clear signage the carriage was easy to drive on with plenty of room and the journey was comfortable The down side was the calling boards were difficult to see when parked in the car waiting area they could do with being a little bigger and the train delays can be a nightmare having to sit waiting up to an hour longerOverall I would recommend travelling on the Shuttle

Great service with le shuttle Very easy to book Lots of trains going out from Folkestone to Calais and return Trains on time Very easy to travel from Folkestone to Calais just drive on in your own car all passengers and pets stay in car

Fast efficient service

Fast efficient service arrived a little early and were put on an early train drove straight through Short delay at U K passport control but others than that nothing to complain about

A magnificent effort in difficult circumstances

I have travelled on the Shuttle many times but have never seen it as busy as it was on the evening of Saturday 21st December with the foul weather causing ferries to be cancelled Despite the huge numbers wishing to travel the operation was managed with great efficiency and the delay I personally suffered was trivial A fantastic effort by all concerned

Even at 30 years old

Even at 30 years old the Shuttle is still the most modern and smoothest way to cross the channel No worries about being sea sick or about trip being cancelled due to storms or bad weather And in just 35 mins we arrive and drive off to new adventures

Easy crossing

Knowing the M25 can be difficult at times we left Northampton early to allow us time to get to the tunnel We arrived early and was offered an earlier crossing which we accepted We still had time to visit the duty free shop and coffee shop Good coffee and reasonable prices Loading was swift and easy The crossing smooth and relaxing

I ve been using Le Shuttle Eurotunnel multiple times a year for several years now and I m happy to say it has consistently delivered an excellent experience Touch wood I ve never encountered any delays with the trains everything has always run on schedule which is a huge plus for any traveler

You can always choose to leave earlier if you are to early Friendly helpful employees Trains leave on time and you are fast on the other side I can t say anything negative
