I paid for an order which was never shipped I ve called x4 and get nowhere They re telling me to call Fed X but Fed X never received product Three times they said I d be contacted within 24 hours but never was They are refusing to refund or ship Horrible customer service

Leslie s is a rip off
I purchased two gal of muriatic acid from my local Leslie s Its regular price was 29 99 and the sale price was 25 49 When I got home I discovered my spouse had just purchased acid for 9 99 for two gallons from the grocery store I went back to Leslies the next day to return their acid and the clerk said they didn t accept returns on chemicals The box was unopened Nothing was wrong with it I called customer service They were unhelpful I will recommend to everyone I know to stay away from Leslie s You ve lost a customer for life

Bought Air Relief Valve ECX1322A Item
Bought Air Relief Valve ECX1322A Item 44007 for 12 49 tax This is a little plastic screw on top of the filter case to bleed the air after cleaning the cartridge Probably it s worth 0 30 to 0 50 Our filter is from 2005 the first time we had to replace this bleed screw was in 2018 it was made of Nylon unbreakable Since then we had to replace it 5 times it looks like they switched to cheap plastic the last screw lasted about a month I took it back to the store in Apache Junction and the rude answer of the clerk was there is no warranty on this part This was the last time I ever bought anything from Leslie s hopefully they get out of business I never see any customers in this store Since they don t offer the nylon screw anymore and expect customers to buy a new one every month or two we went to Ace Hardware and bought a stainless steel screw for 2 75 3 8 x 16 it does it s job

We bought a Polaris pool robot from them solely on their stated commitment to service them When we encountered a problem we brought in the Polaris pool robot and they refused to take it stating that they are so back logged on repairs that they cannot service it

I placed an order online for a 1200 filter and paid for overnight shipping 2 days later when I had not received the filter I called customer service and had to wait 38 MINUTES on hold for a rep to answer Was told that this item is shipped via freight carrier and the option to ship overnight online is a SYSTEM ERROR I was advised it would be another 7-10 days before the item shipped What a waste of valuable time for me I have heard from several people of their horrible experiences with Leslie s Pool - their online shop their pool technicians and their general customer service IT S ALL TRUE Do yourself a favor and find another pool company who is honest and can be depended on and care about taking care of their customers Leslie s Pool is NOT that company

If I could only give them 0 star
I scheduled installation of a water purifier which was cancelled twice The first time the technician couldn t make it and I was told on the day having spent my morning waiting The second time I didn t get a call they cancelled days ago and didn t even bother to tell me I recommend you find another company to service your pool

Leslie s corporate has made some bad choices
14 years I have had Leslie s close my pool Corporate switched to an off shore call center for service appointments and product calls and it is terrible They screwed up my closing date request and they couldn t care less Now I am scrabbling to get it closed as my chemicals have all been added and it is ready now not in 3 weeks I call corporate and they couldn t give two hoots either Local store is often out of products I purchase as well and the whole business has fallen into a ho hum attitude They have lost me as a customer

spent over 10K on Omni Logic with sense
spent over 10K on Omni Logic with sense and dispense and nothing but trouble with Leslies I cannot open my pool with them without any response They cannot call me back or schedule for months Online says sorry and code they give you is meaningless Please just shut down Chapter 11 if things are that bad The Philippines call center Do not waste your time- Warrantee- forget it they don t have people or parts Have been unable to manage local store or service They do not value valuable customers at all

Rude Uninformed High Prices
Nobody knows anything about their products Prices are UNBELIEVABLY higher than other pool supply stores for the same products Shopped Federal Hwy store in Fort Lauderdale Rude customer service sort of like Take it or leave it Then the guy I dealt with had the audacity to try and cross sell me on pool service
