Terrible company
I have found this agency s handling of tenant concerns and maintenance requests deeply disappointing There seems to be little accountability or follow-through with responsibility often shifted back onto tenants instead of being properly managed Communication is poor and the overall experience has been frustrating and unprofessional Would not recommend based on my experience

Outstanding Letting Agent
Megan has been an outstanding letting agent manager for me over the past few years Over the many ups and downs of being a landlord she has been super helpful very quick to respond to communication and very good when we had multiple complex issues going on at the same time I can highly recommend her and Letco which has very reasonable fees

Had a great experinece with Megan Jones
