Phone App link to diary just a gimmick that doesn t work
Got tempted by the desk diary that has an associated phone app so you can keep all diaries in synch Unfortunately the app has stopped working It was OK to start with but now just crashes and shuts down when it gets to the home page Same on different devices Re installation hasn t solved it either And NO response at all from Customer Support Waste of money Stick to any old paper diary

Poor delivery lead time of a stock item
This company supply diaries and suchlike which have a time critical date i e the beginning of the year They clearly do not understand that people might wish to receive their product before Jan 1st to be able to use it I have been waiting 11 days so far for a diary to be delivered If a business supplying materials like this can afford to close down their operation between Christmas and New Year it shows such complacency There are many smaller businesses out there who are hungry for this business and make provision accordingly to dispatch items in a proper time frame Approaching two weeks from order date and still no confirmation of a delivery date for something in stock is totally unacceptable Very disappointing - won t order again

Do not order here
I ordered a diary on the 23rd of December The diary was shipped a few days after however without a traceable link I still haven t received the diary and the company doesn t respond to my enquiries as to where it is Do yourself a favour and do NOT order here

Unparalleled Service
I buy a diary every year for my business appointments I always buy Letts - the quality is so much better I know that because a couple of times in the last 20 years I d left it late in the year to buy one and the Letts ones had run out The lookalikes I had to buy lasted barely 6 months before the spine broke and pages began coming loose Letts diaries make it through the year Anyway I bought a 2023 diary last August and put it aside until I began using it in December But it wasn t until late February when I was looking at dates moving into August that there was no August It s just something that happens albeit rarely but the return window with Amazon had long since closed and I contacted Letts They asked for proof of purchase on Monday and I have just taken delivery of a replacement via FedEx on the morning of Wednesday Less than 3 days from initial query to replacement That s what you call customer service
