Having made the awful mistake of water spillage killing my computer I searched for laptop repairs stating my problem and the first to reply and follow up was Lewis Computech which I regarded as a good sign especially as I was also contacted by phone My computer was looked at and properly assessed by Ola who came around the next day and I was given choices such as getting a new and expensive motherboard I decided on a new computer one was in my price range and did exactly what I wanted was ordered delivered by Ola and set up to my usage already having briefed Ola who had listened The service the advice and the immediately responded to contact after my first contact was an unusually good experience and I at no stage felt pressured into anything but rather given given choices A company I would highly recommend

Great expertise and customer service
John is able to explain and remedy PC problems with language that most semi illiterate computer users can understand John has always fixed problems at home visit And always a phone call away if we have any issues Pricing is excellent compared to others John is always courteous I have recommended John to all my friends Thankyou

Friendly helpful and computer running better than ever
Ola went out of his way to get the job done In the end the drive needed replacing He took the laptop home repaired it saved my data to the new drive and returned it in a few days Very happy with the results
