Excellent service

Excellent service we ve had our whole house done by Lex Straight away we were really impressed with Oris who came to measure up His knowledge about the products made our decision easy Sandra at the front desk was also great professional and efficient The guys who came to install were tidy and polite Loving our new awning and the blinds look great too Thanks

Remote blinds

We had a problem with blinds that Lex fitted for us in Poole A new motor needed We had problems trying to fit them and reprogram the remotes I spoke with Sandra on several occasions to try and get help They were more than helpful She sent us a how to video and eventually we managed to get it done Sandra telephoned us the following day to find out if everything was ok Makes a change to have good PR Would definitely recommend

Highly recommend product and service

We had external blinds on guide wires fitted to keep the sun heat out of a glass extension It took a while to find the right solution for our complicated build but in the end we got the perfect product Extremely happy with the slick look and function of the blinds They are very unobtrusive and also very smart when down When they are down you can see out but can t see in from outside The service has been very good from the start to finish They helped to find a solution to get the blinds fitted when we had to move the installation date twice The two guys who came to fit them were phenomenally hard-working and professional Highly recommend

It is easy to get good customer service when everything goes smoothly The sign of great customer service is what happens when there are little things that go wrong Lex Blinds have been amazing from start to finish including ensuring that any snags identified after fitting were rectified If only all companies operated like this

Having used Lex blinds in our previous house I had no hesitation in using them again Sandra and Oris have been outstanding extremely helpful efficient and patient My new blinds are perfect beautifully made and fitted Thankyou

Lex Blinds yet again provided an outstanding service from start to finish We use Lex Blinds for all of our projects and can not fault them All of our projects are New Builds and the fitters always arrive on site on time and always provide a clean and tidy service without any complications

Very happy with the service

Fitter Marek and another gentleman can t remember the name were very good respectful and quick with the installation It is the second time we are getting blinds from this company and had no issues 1 more bedroom left to go great service

External blinds are excellent

My wife and I were looking for a blind for a large garden door because last year the sun was extremely hot Initially I called out Lex representative for curtains but we were explained about external blinds too for the garden door and decided to go ahead with the external blind option The pricing was higher than standard blinds and I needed extra effort to figure out electrics but had them fitted for 2 weeks now and the recent heat was much more bearable and I could see into the garden even with the blind closed thank you everyone at Lex for their efforts
