Ordered parts from them on July 16th LGParts com
Ordered parts from them on July 16th and here it is September 11th And still NO parts I have followed up weekly and still keep getting dates that slide out more and more NOW current eta is Sep 15th But highly suspect it will not ship again Will update if they ever send the part

Never shipped Emails bounce back
Website looks clean and legit easy to use Parts indicated they were in-stock Website said orders placed before 3pm Eastern would ship same day I paid extra for overnight shipping so parts could be here the one day I had someone onsite to help me disassemble staked washer and dryer NO PARTS ever shipped not even a week later EMAILS TO CUSTOMER SERVICE BOUNCE BACK yes I used the correct email address for them Used their online chat to complain NO RESPONSE

Parts never shipped
We had the same experience part never shipped Easy to use web front-end lowest price for the part but after waiting two weeks we called and they had no record of our order We have the order confirmation email but the company appears to be a sham trying to collect credit card numbers on orders that are never going to be fulfulled RUN AWAY

Wrong part shipped RMA process broken
Ordered a part and they shipped a different part number same part type but instead of appliance white they sent dark grey RMA process on website is terrible label will not print out Purchased through this site as I wanted genuine LG parts and a professional experience

Defective part can t seem to get money back
The refrigerator door gasket that I ordered from lgparts com was defective so I contacted them which was no easy feat I followed the instructions included in the email but nothing worked I finally reached them by phone and spoke to a seemingly helpful person who sent me detailed instructions explaining what I needed to do in order to get the claim process started These instructions included taking a lot of pictures of the unsealed shipping box the gasket sitting inside the box the shipping label etc which I then had to email to them After a few days I got an email saying that a credit had been issued and that it should hit my credit card account in 3 - 4 business days After two weeks I called lgparts com again because 1 the credit still had not hit my credit card account 2 the credit that they d issued did not include what I d paid for shipping 3 I wanted to know if they were sending a new gasket to replace the defective one 4 I needed to know whether or not I should ship the gasket back to them as the invoice stated that I wouldn t get a refund if they hadn t received the part within 30 days The person that I spoke to this time issued a credit for the delivery charge and assured me that I did not need to return the gasket Otherwise she was abrupt impatient and dismissive She told me that I would need to contact my credit card company and ask them to contact lgparts com s accounting department about the credit which is absolutely ridiculous She also told me that the gasket was out of stock and they wouldn t be getting more in until the end of October Today is October 1st and I just looked at their website out of curiosity and saw that they show the part as being in stock At this point I feel like I ve been scammed I don t know how this will all turn out but I will never buy anything from them again

Unreliable Poor Returns Process
I ordered an auger motor part for our 9 yrs old LG LFXS24623S 00 refrigerator I received the part soon enough but the rest of the process following was so disorganized and complicated You must either LEAVE them a message them over their website lgparts com or do a live chat The lgparts com website returns didn t work for me at all The live messaging or messaging did though You can I suppose send them an e-mail OR phone them at 866 779-7906 too So I needed to return it for a refund per their policies Wow what an absolute mess this returns process is I finally got the required return RMA with a free pre-paid shipping label This was after some days later and much persistence It shouldn t have to be this hard It is though It s got to be due to an untrained and a lack of overwhelmed staffing Good luck UPDATE So on 11 10 24 I ve had it with these incompetent and unresponsive people I had finally disputed the defective returned LG part through my American Express card account Let them deal with it Received the FULL REFUND for the defective part It all started with the original purchase almost ONE month ago

Do not trust this vendor
I was concerned about potentially receiving an incorrect part through third party vendors after reading multiple reviews of products available through Amazon and other suppliers I incorrectly put my trust in the LG name and purchased a replacement door gasket for my LG washing machine through lgparts com To my surprise I received a completely different part from what I had ordered despite my part being listed as available only a few days prior at the time of purchase When I spoke with customer service they stated that it is their policy to substitute a different part if they are out of what you order rather than notifying the customer and providing an opportunity to cancel They acknowledged that the substitute part I received was incorrect but were not able to offer anything other than a refund upon returning the part Meanwhile I am back to square one without a functional washing machine for who knows how long They stated they are working to update their policies through the back office but could not offer any further assistance This is not LG It is a third party dealer Do not trust this vendor

Had order sit for 2 weeks saying confirmed when I finally got a hold of customer service and asked to cancel the order it was all of a sudden too late and being shipped that same day

Purchased the wrong part from them and sent it back for an exchange I was told to fill out a form and never received a refund Very poor customer experience will not buy from them ever again Beware
