I accidently purchased from here with an order that was marked for pickup rather than delivery from halfway across the globe I didn t even realize the mistake until they kindly sent me an email informing me of the error I was surprised and somewhat panicked because I put in the incorrect information Nonetheless I replied that I needed that purchase to be shipped and I got a response back just a couple hours later They corrected my mistake and shipped my package which arrived only three days later I am both surprised and amazed by the quick response from the friendly staff at Libidex This has overall been a very positive customer experience for me and I highly recommend them Can t wait to purchase from them again
